Order still says waiting for shipping…

2 Days Later customer service let me know they shipped my equipment out yet I still don't have a tracking number. Do not buy from these people they are a scam

Another day another lie. Still no tracking number even though customer service email me 3 days ago and said they sent my equipment. Do not buy from these people they are a complete scam

Order not shipped yet and no response from CS

Seems to be quite common, I ordered almost 4 days ago now and it is still awaiting shipping, even tho they say they ship within 24 hours of the payment. I also emailed they're support team twice about a different problem with my order and never got a response. Hopefully I can eventually rewrite a better review cause I was excited for my machine

I have emailed jessky a few times now…

I have emailed jessky a few times now about an issue with my machine and no response. I’ve only had it a little over 2 weeks. I emailed the photos and video of issues. I’m hopeful to get a response this way to get it resolved. Please Jessky respond since I can’t find any phone number to reach you. My order number is 19090508110239 . I have continued to email with no response and no other contact information. Very frustrated.

The items I ordered came in as promised for the shipping time and were packed very well. They were all in great condition and exactly what I ordered!! The company called shortly after I placed the order to make sure I did place that order and gave the promise of it arriving!!

I wish I had read reviews first! I don't know how they are still in business. They never sent my product out- No refund No explanation, No product. I really thought they went out of business
So I was mad and I gave them all info and ordered again. Its been six days and nothing. Call BBD

UPDATED REVIEW

So my parcel has arrived!! It took 9 days to come rather than the 48 hours the website states but after a little digging and complaining to the company I found out that it is actually dispatched from China! Not the UK so the delay in the delivery makes sense. But why not state 7 - 10 day delivery. It would annoy people a lot less.

So now for the product.
Really good quality in the machine but not so much with the toys that came with it. Thank god for the suction plate so I can use my own. Sound wise is very quiet, almost silent in the lower speeds but does get louder as it gets faster.
Tried and tested the machine REALLY does do what I want it to!! Amazing!!
It's just a shame that the website cant be a little more honest regarding the delivery.

All in all a 4 star review as there were a few hiccups with delivery
