The key details were all made clear, including potential areas where you can trip up when ordering rings (e.g. ring sizing), and overall I felt like I was getting a 5/5 experience

Excellent customer service, really helpful in choosing a ring to pur preference. Never felt under any kind of pressure and the ring was delivered in a quick manner.

From my first appointment with Peter who helped me pick the ring and made everything so easy to the follow up appointments I’d had to recheck my size and to collecting my ring I can’t praise you guys enough! When I got engaged to my husband (who’s from Sheffield) I started to look ofcourse for wedding rings and found Jessica Flinn.
I picked the Annie ring, which is gorgeous and the quality is amazing. I do a manual labour job and the ring hes held up great over the years last 2 years.

He got a ring from their partner company Steel & Flinn, the quality is fantastic. And it’s so pretty!

Customer service is amazing aswell, I recently had to get mine resized and they kept me updated and assisted me fantastically when I thought royal fail had lost it.

I took my girlfriend (soon to be fiancé) to their showroom in Sheffield and it was a delightful experience. Everything was explained clearly and my girlfriend got to try on a bunch of rings, with also an interesting tool to look at them with different stones. The ladies there were incredibly professional and kind.

Overall an amazing first part of our journey to marriage, and we will be purchasing our rings from here for sure.

10/10 would recommend visiting the showroom.
