Good quality of plants
It was my first time ordering from Jespers Planteskole but the plant I ordered is of very good quality. The delivery was within next week after ordering and the courier was kind enough to leave the plant right by my apartment, I did not need to go down to pick it up from the main entrance. So far had very good experience and I will also consider buying plants from here in the future :)

Order was never sent
I have placed an order of 5 different types of plants and 3 plant pots. 7 days have passed and I hadn’t received any tracking number yet so I contacted the customer service and I was told that they were still waiting for an answer from their supplier…I told them that I ordered only the plants that were available on the website and I was answered that they were all sold out…😅 sounds like a huge BS, all 5 different types of plants suddenly sold out after I placed the order…Such a bad service and not transparent at all. I’ll definitely never gonna buy from them.

I have just looked at your order, and i'll be honest it sounds very strange that all of them should be sould out. It happens that things are out of stock, but this many on the same order is definetely not normal.
I will make sure to investigate it to understand how this was possible, because that should definetely not be able to happen.
