I was so pleased with the staff at Jersey Mike’s McKinney the staff was amazing. Jeff Alec y alec n all did their part in making my day. At the moment I’m homeless, but for a split second I forgot all about it while speaking with them. Dont have much to spend…yet! But when I do I’ll make sure I support Jersey mikes even more. Again thanks to them

I ordered a sandwich from these guys couple years ago in Norcross, GA and when I got my sandwich it was mainly lettuce and tomato, it had 2 paper slim see through slices of meat, it was a disappointed l. I will never get anything from them again, Schlotzkys and Firehouse Subs are far better, they had plenty of meat on their subs. Don’t go to Jersey Mike!

Outstanding service and sandwich! The quality of service at the airport foodcourt is usually mediocre at best but the staff at the boardwalk bites Jersey Mikes in the Newark airport were polite, attentive and fast. They delivered a perfect sandwich and exceeded my expectations.

I ordered a BLT. I had BLTs at many places and it always is bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo on some kind of bread. A Jersey Mike's in Emerson, NJ- no mayo, had onions and some nasty vinegary dressing along with the bacon, lettuce and tomato. And over priced. Never get anything there again

Don't ever waste your money at the Jersey Mike's in Braselton, Ga. #5084. Never get the orders right and blame you for the mistake! Refuse to make it correctly and lie to your face. Snarky girls with attitudes with many complaints and owner does absolutely nothing!

Fresh tomatoes and other veggies. Great customer service. Always greet customers

I hate spending 20 on sandwiches and they were wrong .. I know they are new but dang both sandwiches Fairhope

This sandwich was a swift kick to my already bruised balls from the day I’m having. And sure, it’s not a sammichs joint to know about my day but they should improve it. All day I dreamed of the portobello mushroom sandwich with its steamy hot melting cheese, and peppers and onions grilled to perfection. When I received my order and realized it was not my dreamy shrooms, I collapsed. The world begin to spin as I realized I just stomached meat for the first time in over 5 years. Disappointment only scratches the surface for how I felt. Did they replace my sandwich? Sure. Did they apologize while they looked into my baby blue watery eyes? Absolutely not. Never again.

Recently tried subs in Fairfield & Milford CT. Fairfield location always has brown lettuce and one girl wiped down the counter crap w/her gloves then grabbed my bread, until I asked her to wash her hands, she then changed her gloves. Milford at least keeps fresh lettuce and staff is more friendly. Subs are not that good for the price.

I thought I would try jersey Mike's. I got a giant southwest cheese steak. Paid almost 19.00. Waited 45 min. Watched the kid make my sandwich then noticed he made it wrong. He made another one. Forgot the peppers I asked for. Both ends of the sandwich had nothing on them for the first 3 inches, just bread. Tast was decent. I will never go back for another one. Not worth 19.00

Jersey Mike's in Perry, Ga is great. Every time we have been there have always been greeted with a warm welcome and great customer service. Kendra, made our meals today and the care and presentation was everything. It was all done in excellence.

Today, I had a connection at the Orlando international airport. With a 5 hour layover, my wife and I decided to get lunch.

We decided on Jersey Mike’s. The nice lady at the front of the line was so short, I could barely see her smiling from behind her mask. She asked what we wanted. We saw a sign which read - make it a combo (chips and a drink) for $4,95. My wife ordered the #5 combo and I ordered the #7 combo. Once we got to the end of the line, the total was $26.40.

We asked where our chips were? She said she charged us for our sandwiches and $4.00 for each fountain drink (we both got a drink, so $8.00).

We shared that we had told the nice lady at the front of the line that we wanted a combo. We asked if she could void what she had figured up and simply redo the transaction so we could also receive our chips and drink for $4.95.

She said that would be $5.00 more (we quickly realized that she had charged us ~$2.00 for two bags of chips).

When we questioned it, she arrogantly called over the manager (the nice lady who I had spoken to ant the beginning of the line) and began speaking Spanish - lying to her about what we had ordered.

How do I know she was lying? Because my wife is a certified court interpreter and has worked as a translator for 25 years.

My wife began to explain exactly what the situation turned into, so the manager had all the info she needed to make a decision.

The lady who had been behind the cash register began talking over my wife, to the manager, and being so disrespectful - the manager actually shewed her and told her to go away.

Then the manager began repeating exactly what she had been told by her register employee - which was against the truth.

I reminded the manager that I had originally ordered the two combo meals FROM HER at the beginning of the line.

She began talking in circles, trying to justify the additional ~$5.00 to add the chips.

I explained she needed to void the transaction and simple re-ring it up correctly.

She looked at us like a deer in headlights.

We shook our heads and walked off while she was amidst her second plea to charge us an additional ~$5.00.

Man, I don’t know where Jersey Mike’s gets these folks.

If you can do better, you should do better.

I wish I could give zero stars.

Subs taste good and fresh,but seems like they putting less meat everytime we go.I guess this is what happens in this economy. Same price less ingredients, We really like them but not worth the money anymore

I sent my wife to buy myself and her a sandwich to split which we got the giant it says 16-18 inches on the list which it was 13.5, false advertisement.... also i got a footlong sub to split between my kids which he said was 11 inches and it was 6 inches not even enough to feed my kids.. So i called up there and the ignorant ass female manager said there is no way one of her employees trained by her would lie to us and was a complete b#$&* to me and i get food from this place very often. Needless to say ill never be going back PEOPLE BEWARE NOT ONLY ARE THEY FALSE ADVERTISING THEIR FOOD THEY ALSO HAVE THE RUDEST MOST IGNORANT MNANAGER ON THE PLANET. Jersey mikes you have a good name you need to take care of problems like this before these people run your name into the dirt. Very disappointed and will absolutely warn everyone about this noone should ever be talked to and treated this way by any business.

No one EVER greets the walk-in customers. You wait while they continue making the on-line orders. They look like they are waiting for a root canal! They should repeat your order to you, and care about customer satisfaction. The owner should read the reviews and take action to make the total customer experience better. Jimmy John staff ALWAYS greet you and have a great positive attitude! By the way, this Jersey Mike’s the only one in Kingman, AZ

For the last 3 years, I have been been going to the Jersey Mike's on Gilbert RD and Rivulon in Gilbert, AZ
(75 E Rivulon). I usually go about 2-3 times a week.
Out of all the Jersey Mike's I have been to, this is by far the best one. The staff is always super nice, they know me by name, and always have my food ready super fast, knowing I only have 30 minutes for Lunch.
A lot of my Coworkers also go there on a regular basis. Thanks Guys!
