Welcome to The Jericho Kitchen Cookery School! Our cookery classes are hands-on, informative and relaxed, designed to bring people together through great food and shared experiences. We provide all ingredients, aprons and recipe packs — all you have to do is turn up ready to cook, learn and eat well! Classes usually involve around 2 to 2½ hours of cooking followed by everyone sitting down together to enjoy the food, ask questions and soak up as much knowledge from the teacher as possible. We teach a wide range of classes from pasta making and Thai cookery to seasonal British food, bread making and Cooking on Fire experiences, we host relaxed cookery classes and corporate team building events in Oxfordshire At The Jericho Kitchen our ethos is simple — we believe food should be seasonal, full of flavour and cooked from scratch wherever possible. We are passionate about supporting local and independent suppliers and teaching people skills they can genuinely take home and use in everyday life. I'm writing this review of the Jerico…
I'm writing this review of the Jerico cookery school because it's a learning experience that all interested in cooking should try.
I've now been to 6 cookery courses from thai,sushi
,Tapas and pizza making, and every time it I'm amazed at the fun, great company,food and the ability to teach the chefs have.If I get the chance to try more classes I will.
These courses as a gift or self purchase are a must, I cant recommend highly enough.

We always want our classes to be fun and informative - the best way to learn so it is great to see you feel that way too. We can't wait to see you again after this is all over. A new era at Nuneham and I think you will see a much improved area with more space and our brand new tables that we can adjust to different heights so no more bending over the low table!! Amazing experience!
So far, I've done the patissiere and tapas courses. I'm looking forward to pasta and vegan cookery soon (not a vegan, but I have a few friends). I would definitely call myself quite experienced, then tends to be a real range in the small groups. From people who do very little cookery, to people a bit more experienced. It's very fair to say that we all learn a lot, in a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere - with all ages present!

Indian Streetfood
My wife and I went on this as an anniversary treat and had a wonderful time, picking up some great new skills and learning some lovely recipes. We've already cooked several of them again at home, a real testament to chef John's excellent teaching. We'll definitely be back...

Caroline was a fantastic teacher, she gave us all different tasks but made sure we understood what was being done and why. She made it a really enjoyable day

Had a fantastic time cooking and having a giggle. The recipes we did were something I would not normally choose to cook at home but I am so pleased they were chosen. Who’d have thought my non-sweet tooth would favour the dessert?!?!? I will be cooking them again very soon. Thank you :-)
