Just received my Remi bangle bracelet…

Just received my Remi bangle bracelet from Jenny Bird. The delivery was very quick. The bracelet is very nice and fit perfectly. I’ve been wearing it daily. So far so good. I love the very sturdy easy-on, easy-off clasp.
Would definitely recommend.

I ordered the gold chain bracelet with the heart and very disappointed
The colour is super yellow gold ,looks very fake and I thought that I was supporting a Canadian company but made in China
I would not buy another piece from Jenny bird ever again and do not recommend

Jenny Bird Jeweley! I do not know where to start! I purchased a pair of gold earrings. One of them broke. I called the store. Because it has been some time I thought it was going to be a problem asking for a replacement. I was so wrong. A young lady with client care was the nicest rep I have ever spoken with over the phone. She never used the word NO. She only wanted to be accommodating in any way possible. I love JB before this matter and now they have made me fall in love with JB. What a beautiful and caring online store and I will always shop JB for my jewelry!

Excellent customer service

I have several pieces including a pair of Chunky Doune earrings. The post broke on one of these earrings after several months, so I reached out to Jenny Bird's customer service team with the receipt asking about repairs. A very pleasant customer service representative named Julia immediately sent me a new pair!

Products good- service Great

I have multiple pieces from Jenny Bird, most I adore.
One I was very unsatisfied with. Not only did they follow up with my concerns, they provided hacks to fix the issue. When I wasn't satisfied with that I received a refund instantly!

Jenny bird tarnished necklace

My necklace I got at Xmas is so badly tarnished its lost all its colour and looks dirty . It was one of their more expensive pieces . I have sent photos to their instagrm page hoping for a solution or reply . Not good enough for piece that are only 6 ..7 months old and not work daily .

Ankle bracelet

My first JB purchase was the Mia bangle, which I absolutely love, I recently purchased an ankle bracer, a double strand model and it is amazing, have not taken it off in 3 weeks, through swimming, showering, everyday wear, no tarnish and fits perfectly, often forget I’m wearing it, so light, attractive and comfortable.

I came here to check if I was the only…

I came here to check if I was the only one having a bad experience with their jewelry BUT I definitely am not.

The pieces tarnish easily even with great care. I always keep it in its original packaging and don't expose it to water, perfume or makeup. Not sure what is going on but better to buy gold than this.

Jenny Bird delivered far more than I'd anticipated. I'd purchased earrings one of which came apart. When I contacted Jenny Bird and corresponded with Caitlyn, it was nothing but a pleasure. Their policy to rectify damage or dissatisfaction is over the top. The entire process was seamless and a pleasure. I have my Jenny Bird earrings (which I love) and they have a solid reputation.

Regret!

Another review stated, ‘don’t listen to the haters’…. Well, I am not a hater. I am a customer that purchased two pair of earrings and ring.
My Viviana ring arrived and it had a cast of orange, looked cheap. I emailed Jenny Bird about my concern with the color and asked for an exchange, they told me this was normal and ignored my further correspondence.
One of the two pair of earrings that I purchased was a gift for my son’s girlfriend. I gave them to her in December, it is now February and they are clearly darkening and casting orange.
I should’ve known better than to shop on a website that has all five star reviews for every single product.
Again, I’m not a hater. I value quality and customer service. I have had neither with Jenny Bird.

I’m absolutely obsessed with Jenny Bird jewelry! I’ve been shopping with this brand for years, and their pieces somehow become more stunning with every season. What truly sets them apart is their small team that goes above and beyond to make each purchase feel special.

Recently, I had to contact their customer service to update my delivery address since I wouldn’t be home for the parcel. They responded quickly, resolved the issue seamlessly, and even followed up after delivery to ensure I received my order. Jenny Bird is the BEST!!

I am so in love with all my Jenny Bird purchases. I started out with my first of the initial necklace, and kept going from there. I have to say I have several pieces from earrings to brackets, I’m obsessed with Jenny. I would be embarrassed to say how many pieces I have. Love them all. In love with Jenny Bird!

I’m absolutely in love with my Jenny bird purchases! It was my first time buying anything from the brand and I’m already looking for what I can buy next! I got the two tone Faye puffy knockers and the Capri anklet and love both. Wore them my entire trip in Greece and even with the sun they remained perfect. Also amazing shipping time so I got them in time to go away! I get so many compliments on both and can’t wait to keep spreading the word on this amazing company!
