I checked out the return policy before I placed my order. 30 Day returns, no hassle - Perfect, I thought. Notta. The emails I received once my order was placed and the follow up tracking were spot on. It took weeks before the product was delivered. Now I want to return one of the products and am trying to even go on the website - which my computer says it’s not operational. Now I”m trying to I found the return email address, and when I type it in, once again my computer doesn’t recognize the address. This sounds very shady to me. I’d wish I’d read all of these reviews beforehand.

I would give zero stars if possible. Everything about this site is fraudulent. The dresses I ordered were completely not what was shown on the site. In fact, when I google imaged the pictures I found that they were stock photos used on hundreds of other sites. It was completely not what I had ordered. I wish I could put a side by side of what was ordered vs what arrived so you could see that it wasn’t just a slight variation in color everything was different. The material, the design, the fit. So so cheaply made. One also had a stain on it. When I went to return they said I would have to pay to return to China. This site that is touting how all American they are and claim to be in Delaware now requires return shipping to China. I called my CC company to complain bc how Am I losing money on this when they actively are posting falsified products. So now I am out $140 and have nothing to show for it bc the dresses were literally thrown away. This company should be closed. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered three outfits from Jennifer-John Charleston. I ordered them one size larger than I normally wear, just to be safe. They did not fit. They're at least a size SMALLER than I normally wear! Also, the quality of workmanship and fabric are cheap. I thought they would be nicer. Returning them is out of the question. The company's so- called "hassle-free" returns are NOT hassle free at all (read the fine print). I DO NOT recommend buying from this company.
