The product Master Kuo G-5 3XL Butchering & Taiwan Tuna Fish Knife was great and I like the way how it cuts my fish. Happy with the product

Stay away from JENDE! Their customer service is terrible. I have contacted JENDE regarding faulty (major) part of the system and even though they have admitted the part was faulty in their first generation of systems and promised to replace the faulty part, they never did that. I chased JENDE company for more than a year now, send dozens of e-mails, messages through social platforms but it never worked. JENDE promised to send the faulty part three times but they never kept their word. JENDE is one of the worst company that I have dealt with.

The service is excellent, insightful and guiding to what you need and not selling what you don’t need or won’t benefit from. The knives are excellent, razor sharp and Tom is very genuine in helping. Jende was extra courteous is providing some customisation solutions which was helpful and sourcing some out of ordinary products.

This is true customer centric service and I’m amazed with the knives. Very happy.

The customer service is amazing. They were willing and able to answer any and all of my question at almost any hour of the day. They treated me with respect and were wiling to help. The products I received were AMAZING. From steps to emulsions to stones. Everything was well packaged,labeled and had high fir and finish. I am definitely using them again.

The Jende guys really know their stuff when it comes to sharpening and their products. I think I wasted about 2 hours of their time asking all kinds of questions, and they even sent me microscopic pictures to show how each product changed the edge. Freaking mind-blowing, let me tell you. Even though they are much more experienced at sharpening than I will ever be, I felt I still got treated as an equal. Every recommendation was meant to get me what I needed rather than what they wanted to force me to buy. They earned a lifelong customer today.

Jende's reed knives are the best! They are easy to sharpen and provide the best detail on my reeds. I have also had the best experience sharpening with the coin system! I totally recommend them!

I spent countless hours watching UToob videos and reading reviews on sharpening systems and decided to go with the Hapstone V7. I emailed Jende and then called them and they helped me get what I needed. The results are amazing. Everything in our home that has an edge on it is now wickedly sharp. We are an outdoors activity family engaging in hunting, fishing, camping and I’m a retired chef so my knife collection is fairly extensive. Every conceivable type of steel is represented in our collections and the Hapstone has handled them all. The only exception is recurved knives. The flat stones just aren’t made for that blade style, but I only have one so it’s not a big deal. Long story short, buy from Jende. You’re going to be happy.

Their website was having issues but I was able to message them and they took my order that way. Great service and I am very happy with the supplies I purchased. They had what no body else did. Thanks guys!

I’ve never once trusted a company as much as I trust Jende- top of the line products, and Tom is an example of a great business owner who truly cares about each customer and will treat you right. I’ve bought dozens of stones and films from Jende and have never been disappointed . Each stone is very flat and presented well. Shipping does occasionally come from Taiwan so don’t be surprised if your package gets delayed, but it is well worth it to deal with such an upstanding company .
