Brought several mouses from this company and for the price they last quite well. At only around £7 when I brought it, it shipped fast and only takes one battery that I’ve barely replaced. This mouse also has great features like soft click, so it doesn’t make an annoying noise if i spam it. For the price, this is a good mouse snd I would buy it again.

Bought a Jelly Comb left handed vertical mouse..the design was perfect for my left handedness and I see many companies using the same design but I randomly picked jelly comb on amazon. Sadly to say this product has completely failed outside warranty and Jelly Comb refuses to offer any sort of replacement even though UK consumer rights override any limited company warranty when it comes to standards of manufacturing and quality of product having to be satisfactory in the first place. Jelly comb don't care about their reputation. Obviously I will have to replace this from another brand. Shame jelly Comb don't make quality products or provide decent after sales support.

I would not recommend buying from this company, I have found their customer relations to be very unresponsive and their products unreliable.

I bought a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse from them via Amazon a year ago, which worked reliably for a while. Unfortunately, the dongle broke and upon contacting Jellycomb I was told that the type of dongle I needed was temporarily out of stock, my further enquiries about when they would be back in stock were met with non-response.

I've returned to university a few months later and the found the product no longer exists on Amazon and the model of products I bought are not featured on the Jellycomb site either. I have contacted Jellycomb directly a few times to see if I can get another dongle but have not yet received a response.

I assume this product was faulty and has been decommissioned? But I would definitely pay more for something of higher quality next time, rather than choosing something of lesser quality based on price.

So, I think they knew this product was defective, sold what they had, then removed it and are now acting like it doesn't exist. Good luck getting them to respond to you on that "support website" or any of those emails too.

Just spend up for nicer products from better, more reliable brands like Logitech. Sure, I "saved" like $10-$15 at the time of buying the keyboard when compared to more expensive brands, but I'm now out altogether and have to purchase another one.

I will never use another Jelly Comb product again, nor will I ever recommend this company's products to my friends.

Excellent products, have been buying them for me and my son since the first Lockdown as I had to work from home and he had to study from home. The quality is worth paying a bit more than you pay for the generic stuff still less than most well-known brands. None of the devices broke within something like 1.5 years!
