A huge mistake

After ordering what I thought was a hooded sweatshirt I received a thin hooded Tshirt with a big hole in the pocket. I got medium sized pance that won't fit my 115 lb wife. Contacted them with pictures no response. They have blocked me from commenting on Facebook. This company is a joke stay away from them. The products are damaged cheep materials and in my eyes it's a scam. I will not give up until I get my money refunded.

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks…

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for my shipment, apparently coming from China. The tracking number showed it arrived in the US on the 23rd and now I can't pull the information up. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and filed a Fraud Report with PayPal. This is a scam, DO NOT ORDER!

Bait and Switch!! Scam!

These shirts will take a long time to receive, a month or more. Then they are completely different than what you ordered. Very cheap dri wick type material that was supposed to be a fleece. One sleeve way shorter than the other... the picture shows a nice chest pocket with a zipper, but it was just a printed zipper!?! W.T.F! These shirts are completely unwearable. You would look utterly ridiculous with it on. The wife and I just laughed at how absurd they looked. Kiss that money goodbye.

I order two jackets in November at the…

I order two jackets in November at the same time. I received one jacket today 12/27/2022. This place is a scam. I spent too much on a piece of crap. The sleeves are too short for my husband to wear. I want to send it back and get a refund.

Love it but the collar doesn't like
Beard neck stubble matted up 1st use.
Sad bought similar material shirt from a other company did the same thing.
Guess I need 100% cotton when purchasing.

Never Got Article. No response from Customer Service. Don't bother.

I ordered a sweater as a gift on Dec 2nd. They stated delivery would take up to 16 days. 25 days later, no gift has arrived. Initially they didn't provide me with a tracking number. When I contacted them they finally gave me one where I could see that the article is sitting in Vancouver. I've checked to see where I pay duty and there's no information at all on this. So the gift was a bust. I'm currently waiting for a refund. Don't use these people.

UPDATE: Received merchandise and the sizing is different from the sizing chart listed on the purchase site. The article will not fit so I can't use it as a gift for next year either. They also do not offer free returns. You have to pay for shipping to return merchandise for a full refund or get 50% off your purchase value. The address is not given to you until you decide which to do, which does not allow you to determine what you would like to do. Not a great customer service experience. Avoid this company.

Updated: Undelivered products eventually refunded

As an update to my original review. After I had asked for a refund as the product was not delivered, the product did subsequently arrive and customer service followed up with me. I did point out that a Christmas product delivered after Christmas is pretty pointless. They initially blamed the courier however I pointed out that tracking showed the order had not been processed to delivery for 11 days after having been made. Following this and the growing number of trustpilot review views, I can confirm that a full refund was received.

I bought the product itself as something fun for the Christmas period and it's quite cheap so I'm not really concerned on their quality - not their products are printed not woven so you are looking at a budget finish and nothing more. Buying seasonal from these guys give it at least 6-8 weeks and with that timeframe they might get it you in time but their processes aren't really delivering within their delivery schedules right now.

What a joke

What a joke! I purchased what looked like a sweatshirt but is as thin as a t-shirt. The material is cheap and it’s cheaply made. The photos they post look wonderful but in reality the garments are crap! Don’t order from this company!!!! Save yourself a lot of time, money and hassle. Making a return is a nightmare!! In their exact words,”All items need to be returned at the customer’s expense and could be both costly and time consuming!” Lesson learned: buy AMERICAN!!!!!

I've been waiting on my order since…

I've been waiting on my order since beginning of December ...all it's says is partially shipped but no tracking number ...it hasn't updated and I've contacted them and no response at all ..pretty upset cuz these were gifts I was hoping would be here by now !! Never again with this company spent 150$ !!

Falsely advertised merchandise. Poor customer service.

I finally did receive the 2nd item. As expected, it is poor or falsely advertised quality as well. With both garments, you make a very nice garment with high quality cotton or other natural fibers, take a photo of it, advertise it claiming flannel, etc. and then you manufacture a poor quality garment of cheap man made materials. Then they offer a 50% discount on future orders, which is to offer nothing. These were a Christmas present, but I was ashamed to give them. Gave them them to charity instead. Their customer support sends a link to give their service a rating. Any poor rating is rejected, saying, try again later. Attempted several times across multiple days. Order number JB100884.

I have been waiting for my order sense the 7 of December. I have not been contacted. I haven't received any tracking number or when I might even get the gloves. I have contacted them 5 times and have not heard anything from them. So sad these were to be a gift.

Garbage chineese company

Garbage chineese company. Ordered a Christmas sweater mid November 2022. Today is December 22 and still no sweater. Had I known it was coming from China, I would not have purchased it.tracking says it is still in China. What a joke. Update: it finally arrived. I ordered a 3xl. It will not fit my athletic teenage boy.....

They blew it!

I'm still waiting on an order, and I emailed customer service to locate this package as the status stated fulfilled. They have yet to respond. I have no tracking number, and the dang order # states it can't be found. This site is crap, move on. I'm so disappointed, my son wanted the shirt for his girlfriend for Christmas and you guys blew it. And from the reviews, if I do get it, it will be a thin, blurry mess. I would give you 0 stars if I could. SMH.

takes 2 months to get your order and…

takes 2 months to get your order and then when i got it the quality was horrible. I bought 2 shirts and all 3 are not wearable. The pictures on the shirts are blurry and faded and look aweful. I waited so long for this only to be let down. I want my money back but doubt i will get that either

I will never order from this company…

I will never order from this company again. I placed my order November 27th. It’s now December 21st and, the say,it’s in transit to Elk Grove UPS in IL. They said it would arrive by Christmas but I doubt it. It takes way to long but they took my money immediately!! I think I was scammed.

What a joke

What a joke! I order a solid color sweatshirt and a hoodie. The sweatshirt was not a solid color and it is thinner than most t-shirts! It actually looks like something from the 1970's! The hoodie is a similar color, but not like the picture, and it has no neck liner like the picture, and it is maybe as thick as a normal long sleeve shirt, bit far from a hoodie. Don't waste your time or money with this place, unless you want to throw money away on a good laugh 😂

Disappointed

Order JB113127 was put in two weeks ago haven't heard anything about shipping. I got an email confirmation that my order was received but still nothing on shipping.The order was placed on December 10, 2022....I should have read all the reviews before ordering and losing $80.....
