  I have been trying unsuccessfully, over and over again, to complete an order on your website.
  Your useless payment system keeps telling me that I am using both the incorrect address and postal code. As I have been living at this same address since 1993, I'm pretty sure that I'm correct and that your system is incorrect. However, your highly inefficient and ineffective payment system seems insistent. I have been known to be wrong occasionally but in this instance I'm sure that I know where I live. I have received hundreds, maybe thousands of online orders at this address without a problem.
  May I recommend that you consider a more reputable, efficient and effective system such as the American PayPal system, which is used all over the world, as opposed to one of our Mickey Mouse EU pretenders.

Ghastly expensive price for non-germinating seeds
Convoluted pricing made it impossible to work out how much I would get. In the end, £16 for about 13 peony rockii seeds. I complained as how a company could charge this much money for seeds was beyond me. And they did nothing. None germinated. If you want to buy something from them, phone them to find out how many you're going to get. By the way all the handling charges pile up, you'd better off buying from this country. More than £50 for 20+13 seeds. Heartbreaking. A big con! I bought the seeds last summer and none of them including the Tenuifolia seeds did anything. DEAD organic matter.

Frankly, how can you charge £16 for 13 seeds. Pure lies and quoting a chart which is impossible to quanitify, a loophole for them to shut you up.
