They do not meet delivery times. They indicate that in two weeks it will be delivered and after a month it is not even in the shipping expedition. I claimed through PayPal and they refunded me instantly; That is why I do not rate with 0 stars and because it is not possible.

Scam!!!
I placed an order that never showed up but the website showed it has been delivered. I wrote the support several times they didn't give me any usefull information. I didn't receive my package or get my money back since.

I've placed 3 orders (about 20 puzzles total) with Jeff/Eric Puzzles and received them all within 2 weeks, direct from China. If you like wooden puzzles with whimsy pieces, they are the most inexpensive I have found--and I have tried a lot of brands. Upsides: A gazillion pictures to choose from, the wood is light weight but sturdy, they hold together reasonably well while you are doing them (which some other brands don't), and the price per piece is rock bottom. Downsides: You have to ignore the scammy marketing. The whimsy pieces are the same in every puzzle, not related to the puzzle theme as in more expensive brands, and some of the pictures (especially deer) are low resolution and pixelated.

We have got the owl puzzle with some broken peaces, not good to get nice finished picture

rate should be zero... how can i put a review on product that havent been received...order was since October 2022 yet until now Feb.13 2023.. i havent get my order then many time you send me mail to rate your product... be carefull... this is scam..

TERRIBLE! I ask and paid 3 Large puzzles and received 3 Small ones, whit no box and photo guide as you show in publicity. So I want the difference of my money back, the boxea and the photoguide, please.

I still don't have my product. I keep getting asked about it and I don't have it. I can't rate something that I don't have.

I got the puzzle in an amazing bag that was packed into a box that had lots of stuffing so the pieces were in perfect condition. Speaking of the pieces the colours are absolutely beautiful, small but beautiful. I’m going to enjoy this puzzle as it looks to be somewhat of a challenge. I’m definitely going to be buying more!

My storey is similar to others. Given wrong tracking number and although they promised to resend my order it has not happened. Stay clear of Jeff/Eric Puzzle.

Great puzzles. Got it on time and all pieces were in it.

I have the elephant to a puzzle lover for her birthday. She loves it! Challenging and fun. All the unique well painted pieces of other animals enhanced the enjoyment!

SCAM!!!! Be very very careful - my experience - never received anything - no refund - false tracking numbers, a total ripoff.
They have another site under another name ericpuzzle - the reviews for this are also very very bad. Also I have found another name they are running under crafthub - again really bad reviews. Its a scam company. Total fraud.....

It’s taken a lot longer than I thought it would take. It’s been almost a month now.

A wooden crafted puzzle usually sells for hundreds of dollars, yet Jeff Puzzles offer the same fun as more expensive bespoke crafted puzzles for a fraction of the price. They are beautiful, fun and at this price, you can own as many as you can solve!

I love these animal puzzle but it is difficult to glue and the pieces don't stay together

I bought two and the never arrived.
Will neves buy again. It seems a fraud.

The 18th of December I ordered 4 puzzles. Until today they did not arrive. The tracking is stucking somewhere.
The service tells me every week what they want to do but there is no progress.
