This company use a UK residential…

This company use a UK residential address on their web site it actual does not belong to this company - i tried to contact this company to tell them this to get them to remove it bit there is no answer to any calls emails etc i even tried to get the post office to stop sending letters and parcel being returned to this address and contacted the companies list which they are not actually registered in the UK which is confirmed - Do Not Buy From JEEZELI

Absolutely awful service.

Absolutely awful service.
I returned an item which I ordered in February 23 by special delivery, and almost 3 months later, I am still waiting for a refund. No customer service response, no answer on the phone.
Company is fraudulent and do not trust them for any purchases.
Should not be able to trade!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to contact Jeezli about a faulty vacuum cleaner and I have had no response. I’ve been emailing since February. I have one of those vacuums and I’m very happy with it so I bought my parents one and it doesn’t work. Since the beginning it kept saying that the “brush is stuck” even thought it’s not and it will work for some time and it comes up with that error. Can someone reply? I’ve reported you to the Trading standards. I don’t understand how you can put some random numbers in the contacts us section and get away with it.

No sign of the walking poles or anyone from Jeezli

I ordered some walking poles (under the auspices of Ruyika) to help with my disability & appear to have stumbled across a money spinning scam. Jeezli have my money (as that’s what my statement says). They sent an email informing me that my delivery will be made so many days after I get another email saying they’ve been shipped. I’ve heard nothing for 3wks. I’ve emailed them & had no reply. I haven’t got the energy to chase this so I’m leaving a very honest but negative review instead. I’m assuming I’ll get no walking poles or any money back based on the other reviews. Don’t use this website! Not to be trusted. I wish I’d read up before I ordered. I’m usually more savvy. Having a disability sucks but when there are folks like this around it sucks even more!

Totally ignore their legal obligations

On 13th October they promised an email confirming that a refund had been made relating to a faulty purchase made and reported April/May 2022
Surprise, surprise, no email, no refund, no further replies to emails or letters.
Totally flouting all the regulations and statutory rights of customers under the Sale of Goods Acts etc. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT TRADING WITH THEM.

FAULSE WARRANTIES AND NO REFUNDS GIVEN

I bought A vacuum product and it stopped working almost straight away and although Jeezli say it is under warranty, this is not true because they refuse to provide a refund. I spent a lot of money and still need a vacuum cleaner now so I am disgusted. The telephone numbers don't answer and the company does not reply to my emails. They say they have made a refund but although I paid via Paypal so refunds are instant and guaranteed as are payment via Paypal, I have been waiting weeks to get my money back and none comes so they are also deceitful.

Ordered a Cordless Vacuum Cleaner 4 In…

Update 07/12/22: Still no refund as subsequently promised below (on public forum). No email response either and phone numbers don't work.

Ordered a Cordless Vacuum Cleaner 4 In 1 in late February - arrived on time and was suitable for my needs. Not powerful, but ok as a 2nd vacuum to use for quick whip around.
By end of July it stopped working. It appears the battery is no longer charging, but I am not sure if that is the issue.
I have emailed 3 times and tried to call - no response to date.

Poor customer service

The poduct arrived and no major issues with it. However we decided its not what we needed.

I've emailed Jeezli team 5 or 6 times to receive instructions for a return and refund with no response.

Disgusting Customer Service / Lied about refund

I received a reply from Jeezli on the 13th October apologising for their inconvenience and that they had refunded me the money - this would take between 4 and 7 working days. Of course this has not happened. Where do we go from here?
I have written several emails to Jeezli UK but they have not had the decency to reply to one of them. I bought 2 Cordless Reciprocating Saws on 07/11/2021 and one of them has lost its power.
Despite promoting a 100% guarantee and customer ‘happiness’ I wish to have a ‘guaranteed’ refund.
Have the decency to respond. You are quite happy to take my hard earned money but reluctant to give me a refund for faulty goods.

Refund refused due to stalling customer service

I purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner which I felt was mis sold as a higher spec. Suction was abysmal. I have been trying to return since the day after receiving - no answer or delays in emails, I couldn't get return address - now I'm told it's out of 30 day return window - so all of there stalling has paid off and I'm out of pocket for a useless vacuum cleaner which in my opinion in not fit for purpose.

Absolutely appalling service. Received the wrong item, which was also damaged. Returned back in January and still haven't received a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They sold me rubbish that doesn't work and then sent repeat emails saying they'll send a replacement if I send a photo of item...then nothing happened ...I DONT RECOMMEND. I THINK THEY SELL RUBBISH STUFF.
