Asked multiple times to close my account due to gambling addiction they made it almost impossible to do.
Lost 50+k in the proceeding 6 months after initially requesting account closure.
You email requesting account closure only to receive some condescending reply or an excuse as to why they can’t do it.
I have 10+ emails and messages through WhatsApp to prove my case.
But no doubt they will reply that basically says we’re really sorry. Contact Customer service.
Also, the license doesn’t stand for anything so they do what they want with no consequence.

I could go on and on and on. But after winning over $240,000 receiving only $30,000. Being forced to give my entire life details and identity away. To receive anything . After already being fully verified. They now want all my financial and account details , how much I earn. What I my tax return was what my tfn is what my accounts do I have what banks do I bank with. Needing to answer what money that I receive do I use to play with. Dragging the entire process out over 3 months before allowing withdrawals for then the 7.500 allowed limit a day turn into allowed per fortnight. To then only being allowed to withdraw 15k a month. It’s honestly a joke.
To now there with holding Daily Cash backs and have done for months with out any communication what so ever because they feel I have had to many bonuses.
only because I didn’t use point accrued for free spins while I was with drawing once I got the little I got started redeeming the points. 1000 points gives 30 fs type of promotion. Then with out communication or any notice the 12,000 I had left one more just vanish. Gone. Again. No communication, nothing to notify me after months this was ending.
Their customer service is appalling . Before this new withhold my cashback I have basically had to plea and prove why I’m entitled to there own clause of the Daily Cash backs. Been degraded and treated so poorly for asking for it to be generated over and over and over again.
I used to love the site. Now .. I can’t say many good things about it at all.
They breach their own terms and conditions, do everything possible not to pay out. With hold and take your entitlements of Daily Cash backs or free spins accumulated. With out a care in the world. I’m 3 levels off being the highest vip level. Was told to spin more so I can withdraw faster and bigger amounts. No that’s didn’t happen. I got nothing. No privileges what so ever as far as level in vip. If anything , the higher you go the worse your treated.!

You’re all lucky I am a strong headed person because this shit you pulled is enough to make someone vulnerable commit suicide.
