Massive let down on service
Purchased two t-shirts on 10.03.2026 Jectcraw used EVRI on 19.03.2026 to deliver my order. As soon as I realised it's them I went on their app and chose a ParcelShop delivery. Got a confirmation email from EVRI that my order will be delivered to the chosen ParcelShop and I will be notified to pick it up.
EVRI failed as usual and without notification sent my parcel back.(I have all the tracking on their app)
Now Jectcraw is trying to charge me for re-delivery, or my order will be destroyed. Gave them all the evidence, emails, screenshots and proof, that it was EVRI's fault, but they don't care.
