Outdated returns policy had to pay…
Outdated returns policy had to pay $9.95 for an exchange of size and then $10 to post out the incorrect size. Sizing runs very small and not true to size at all. Won’t be purchasing ever again from here.

Return policy is unreasonable bought a jumper for my daughter and missed the 30 day return. It was an itchy jumper. Bought a second d jumper and returned it for a store credit. Asking me to pay another shipping fee to return the first jumper as they can’t hold it until I use the store credit. Won’t be buying from these guys again. Products average quality service woeful .

Completely disappointed. Do not buy from this brand and certainly dont be fooled by the colorful marketing. Dress was not true to size, nor was the product flexible, my usual size 8 and this just would not fit. Paid express post for an urgent function, would not even think of a refund even tho no other size available and nothing else i liked on the website.
Disgraceful and Un Australian.
There goes $110 to Jean's bank account!

Very outdated Return policy they do not offer your money back and basically you have to read the fine print!!! please before you order think twice as they were only offer a store credit
If you are confident in your ability to deny people their money back put it in bold words before someone actually orders pretty sneaky and shameful from your part

Order two pairs of jeans, one was great and one didn’t fit. Unfortunately I did not read the returns policy before buying and could only return for a store credit. Any store that doesn’t offer a refund on FULL PRICE items is automatically 1 star. Wouldn’t shop again from them now as to nervous the item won’t fit.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before I purchased, I hope you don't make the same mistake.
The 3x items I purchased are really poor quality (I've received better from Shein honestly) and very ill-fitting. The shorts are the ugliest fit I've ever encountered.
This company don't do refunds and are really unhelpful. Don't waste your time and money, much better online stores with nicer quality for the same point and actually care about their customers.

Sizing is completely wrong.
Paid over $100 for a size 10 jacket that would fit size 16 plus. Waste of money and company refusing refund or credit. Butter beware!

This company is great at marketing items to appear different to how they present in real life. In the current year, I’m accustomed to online businesses providing a thorough refund policy however this business refuses refunds despite the goods they are selling being grossly misrepresented. I see ads often and felt that I could trust my first purchase to be a pleasant experience. Unfortunately that was not the case as the item I received was significantly different in its appearance and shape and not suitable for use. The company advised me that the sizing of items will vary the shape, and offered a credit note to swap out the item at the purchasers expense of return postage. I advised I was happy to cover postage but a refund continued to be denied, which I now see is a regular experience others encounter. This feels like a redundant business practice, particularly in the age of e-commerce and I am left feeling deceived by this business and that this is an intentional business procedure to maximise their profits by way of gross misrepresentation of goods and then denying customers a right to return and obtain a refund. A form of consumer entrapment.
