Total SCAM! DON'T TRUST this company!
I would give zero stars if possible. This company is a total scam! I paid 5 euros to send a letter to La Poste to close my bank account (which they never got) and a few weeks later I checked my bank statement and I found -40 euros from Euro CB for my "subscription" to Je-resilie.fr
The worst is that this company is promoted on La Poste website.If you check their website for options of how to close your bank account, they will give you a link to Je-resilie.fr so obviously people think that it's a trustworthy company and a convenient way to close your account.
I checked the google reviews of Euro CB and there are lots of complains about the same problem.
If you want to close your bank account, better make an appointment with your agent and do it in person. You will spend more time but at least you won't be charged 40 euros for nothing!

Si vous avez remarqué un prélèvement de 40€ sur votre compte suite à une commande sur notre site, il s'agit de la souscription à l'abonnement, vous permettant d'accéder à la bibliothèque de modèles de lettres de résiliation en illimité, ainsi que d'effectuer jusqu'à 5 envois de courrier en recommandé, et ce pendant 1 mois.
Nous vous rappelons qu’avant la validation de votre commande, si vous souscrivez à l'abonnement, un récapitulatif détaillé mentionne bien « Accès aux modèles de lettres avec abonnement* : 48 heures gratuites ».
À titre informatif, il n’est pas nécessaire de souscrire à l’abonnement pour profiter des services ponctuels de téléchargement ou d’envoi de lettre de résiliation par recommandé proposés par notre site.
