Ordered a junior Nike gilet for my granddaughter for Christmas I was informed it was picked packed and dispatched yet waited and waited no delivery. Tracking information from Yodel said not received but awaiting-eventually I noticed a refund but that was too late as the item was then out of stock!
Customer Service blamed Yodel saying they refused it which they didn’t more like Jd took more orders than they had stock !
Appalling practice disappointing for children at Christmas especially and at the last minute and no communication I won’t shop there again and wouldn’t recommend!!

They are robbers!!! Do NOT order online from them. I ordered a packed for nearly 200£ from JD sports. They split the package up because it was coming from two different places (which is fine). I was at home at the time when DPD said they had delivered my package to my neighbour, so as soon as I got the text saying it was delivered I went to my neighbours. My neighbours was actually coming out of her flat at the time as she had also received a text from DPD saying her package had been deliver to the porch of the building (which we do not have). So why if they had delivered my package to her would they have left hers in the porch??? Also the picture of the door the provided as proof of delivery does not match my neighbours or my door ( the door is red) ours are white and cream. In fact it does not match any on my building!!! This is beyond unfair I paid £60 for a jumper and I did not receive it despite being AT HOME at the time because the delivery company YOU employ is incompetent. This is not the first time this has happened to be (it's happened twice before with Etsy and glisten cosmetics) and once I hade explained the situation they both were more that helpful. This is a breach of my statutory rights!! Delivery companies you employ are useless and that is not the customers fault. They have now told me I must report the package missing to the police that is not the police job you delivered it to the the wrong address you sort it out. I will be filing a complaint with the necessary statutory bodies

Paid for next day delivery and surprise surprise no delivery. Phoned customer service, after a pointless attempt to sort on their website, and after 15mins of them telling me the information I already knew (that it wasn't delivered yet) they then confirmed it hadn't been delivered yet... and that's it, nothing to sort the problem.

Ordered a coat and paid for express delivery. Was supposed to arrive 22nd. I contacted them and they issued a refund. I still have no refund and it's the 28th. I bought a new coat as needed one with my last money. I needed this refund as we out of food. I have never known a company to be so bad. I used JD over another as didn't want any issues. Everytime I call they say refund has been started. I will never use JD again.

Paid extra for next day delivery, order before 1pm. Still got dispatched next day, even promised be dispatched till 10pm. Definitely can’t be trusted for next day delivery. All items needed for travelling. Disappointed

Terrible customer service! & Terrible website! Overcharged me on my return after spending around £400!
Items "out of stock" 1 item I ordered on sale was in the sale at half the price so reordered but surprisingly despite the order going through it also was out of stock.
Numerous emails to them and a phone call all to no avail! I will never be shopping with them again that's for sure!

AVOID THIS CORRUPT COMPANY
I'm giving one star and that's being generous.this company has ripped me off for £180 the courier EVRI never delivered my parcel. I provisionaly claimed bk the money from my bank but they have now took the money back and said its down to the retailer. The courier dumped the parcel outside A front door! ILL SAY A FRONT DOOR AS THERE IS 300 FLATS HERE AND THE PHOTO THEY TOOK IS OF A PARCEL ON THE FLOOR AND THE BOTTOM HALF OF A DOOR, I DUNNO WHOS DOOR AS THEY ARE ALL THE SAME COLOUR IN THESE FLATS.They then Stated that it was left in the porch.i live in a flat so obviously no porch.they have broke there own rules under agreement clause 10.7 "leave in a safe place" how is dumping a parcel outside a door a safe place? The company is a joke and I'm not letting this drop.order number 823465496.just so JD CAN THEN TRY AND FOB ME OFF AND SAY GET BACK INTOUCH WITH THE BANK, THEN THE BANK WILL SAY GET BACK INTOUCH WITH JD.I KNOW WHOS AT FAULT AND ITS DOWN TO THE RETAILER WHO HAVE BROKEN THEIR CONTRACT WITH ME.

I’m still waiting for a call back from a manager on the missing items you delivered to my very open back garden that were stolen that you won’t replace. They were my sons birthday presents, over £200 they expect me loose due to an error on their side.
JD sport have stolen my money
JD sport have stolen my money. Fact. They have failed to supply an item I have paid for and are refusing to pay a refund. Over 40 emails and two separate promises of a call from a manager with nothing happening. Customer service is beyond embarrassing. I have asked lots of questions that I would like answering only for my requests to be refused. I doubt information they hold on me amounts to a concern for national security so I believe they are withholding information because they know they are wrong. Lots of generic apologies telling me they understand how I feel but no nearer a resolution. There will no doubt be a generic response to this review.

Still waiting on refunds processed in store at the beginning of September. Rang customer care they were poor, as bad as store staff. Won't be returning to shop there again as so disappointed.

Joke of a company. Orded jogger bottoms. Hoody came. Phoned up sent back Hoody. Reorded jogger bottoms like the woman on phone said. HOODYcame no jogger bottoms yet again. Woman on phone said we will send you a label to send them back and to reorder. Guess what a Hoody came yet again. Phoned up yet again woman says send them back. Now I'm house bound just had leg amputated can't get to the shops to send it back. Life's great
