Aggressive and Lazy Treatment of Tenants
When our tenancy ended, we paid £289 for a professional clean of the property. When jdm completed the inventory check out today, they asked us "if the cleaning company you used would return and complete the work". The cleaning company left the flat in a cleaner state than it was when we moved in.
In the same email, the estate agents said they "don't have full details as yet, suffice it was not to a high standard."
I find it an indicator of a lazy organisation unable and unwilling to do their work diligently to suggest the flat was not cleaned to a good enough standard (when it was), when they don't even have the paperwork to prove it.
Their aggressive and lazy interactions with tenants is unwarranted, and creates unnecessary stress. Their indifference is toxic.
