Awful customer service. The whole process has been a nightmare and incredibly stressful.
Should have been next day delivery (the only reason I ordered this kitchen), nothing arrived. Nothing showed up on the tracking with DHL.
DHL say they never received the packages. JdGreta say DHL lost the packages. (4??!)
3 days later another kitchen was sent out, tracking actually showed it was on it's way. Arrived 4 days later than it should have, delaying the installation of my kitchen.
Then to add insult to injury, they didnt send the door handles, which should have been included. I'm yet to receive them, apparently they are on their way.
I raised a formal complaint which they arent interested in. And have said they have no intention of compensating me for the stress, hassle, cost and inconvenience they have caused me.
The actual kitchen is fine.
Absolutely would not use again or recommend.

The units arrived on time and the delivery driver was very helpful customer service was excellent and really helpful
The quality of the products are very good and would definitely recommend to friends and family

Second order or JD kitchen always unsure buying from afar. But the information and choice on the website then easy understanding of the measurements Made planning our kitchen seamless then once we decided what sizes and unit we needed. Picking the colour and style then quick click seeing all in stock. Placing the order And then
Notification came. And I followed the packages as they got delivered. Within days they got delivered the instructions to build so easy to follow the units are very sturdy and feel good quality 1st units have been used for last few months and haven’t given us any problems. So buying again from JD Greta wasn’t difficult. There website is so easy to navigate and from ordering to delivery was kept fully informed nice to know a uk based company that has a decent after sales Thankyou JD

Bought kitchen units from them through B&Q in August 2024. 2 weeks after the 12 month warranty all 4 doors tape has started peeling off leaving exposed chip board. Contacted them and basically they are not interested despite being just 2 weeks out of warranty . To add insult to injury they offered to sell me some replacement doors. Certainly will not be taking them up on that offer.

Excellent customer service

I bought the kitchen units via B&Q and although I got confused about what was coming directly from JD Greta and what B&Q were delivering, it was sorted immediately. I’ve done many flat packs in my time but these were far the easiest. All small pieces individually packed and the various sized screws labelled, brilliant idea. The units are very competitively priced and they look great. Only negative is that you can only contact JD Greta via email and not telephone, but the emails are answered quickly. Would definitely buy again from this company and would recommend.

One of my friends bought this kitchen to his home. I have seen it, touched it. And i can tell that people who made this kitchen, should be proud of themselves. Quality and design is on a top level with affordable prices. This days it's very hard to find good kitchen.
