Before I received my full refund from PayPal (thankfully), the assistant handling my case told me that after JDGray kept refusing to refund me, PayPal arranged an 'amicable' agreement with them whereby they'd issue a refund once I returned the item. I used the shipping refund feature (as directed by the assistant) to be reimbursed for sending the item back to Hong Kong. Lo and behold though – the parcel was returned to me today with a note from the Post Office of 'address not found'. So to anybody else pursuing their refund, beware that JDGray give out fake addresses so that they deliberately don't receive the item, and either you are further out of pocket (if you didn't use PayPal), or the dispute is prolonged to expiry date. These are the most brazen charlatans I've experienced in a long time.

Total SCAM!!!! Ordered an all in one fitness gym and received a piece of s&$# green resistant band that is so cheep looking I’m afraid to even stretch it. Having issues receiving a refund as well through PayPal because the company claims they sent me my item. They offered a partial refund cause they knew they were wrong but I’ll keep on them until I get my full refund back.

Seller sent me the wrong item and did not give refund. I ordered a maxpro type Of equipment and received a cheap workout band.

0 stars if I could. Complete scam. They charged me $30 including shipping for a MaxFit type system. Didn’t receive the item until a month later. What I ordered and what I received is completely different, worthless cheap resistance band from China. Looks like it would snap once used. The offered me a 70% refund if I return the item to China and only after they inspect the item. They can easily say they don’t receive the item or doesn’t meet inspection. They won’t pay for shipping back “because of Covid”. BS. Lesson learned. Do not use them for anything!!!

I have also been sent the wrong item. I ordered the indoor play gym and received a sembo block set. Not happy at all. I will be calling paypal. Hopefully I'll get something back.

I should have found this website before I made a purchase off of Facebook for a all-in-one gym that was $29.98. After almost 3 months I finally received it and they sent me a cheap foam handled resistance band! Not even close to what I ordered. And since the transaction went through PayPal I thought I was protected and opened a claim since the seller only offered to return half of my money back even though it was their fault and PayPal saw it in their favor. What kind of crap is that???

I ordered the gym 2 months ago and I've received nothing. The tracking number they gave me didn't work. I reported them to Paypal and the tracking number they gave Paypal said it was delivered. Is there anything we can do to get our money back? And of course Jdgray isn't there anymore.

Have not received the item that I ordered over 2 months ago (Porfit All-in-one gym). Emailed them and said that it was shipped out and the said to keep on waiting for it.

I tried to go back to check their website which isn't available anymore.

Never buy anything from jdgray. They are a complete rip off. I was suppose to get a work out system with adjustable cables. Instead I got a cheap piece of band. I waited 2 months for this cheap piece of crap. I submitted a claim with PayPal but haven't heard anything yet. The company closes one website and open another. Be careful of these guys. They open another website with a similar name. Don't buy from them. Save yourself the headache

I am a victim too. I just got the flimsy blue resistance band in the mail. I wish I could post pictures of this item here. The emotion drama is so deflating. I was super excited and waited two months for this. Its sad that they cloned the video from MaxPro the true owners of this home gym and plastered their name all over the video. I have opened a claim with Paypal and sent the company a message to send me a RA for the return postage and an immediate refund.

This is a complete scam, they only send you a rubber band not at all what you ordered.

Ordered the all in one gym and only got an elstic band after nearly 2 months wait. Tried to offer a 50% refund. Told them they sent the wrong goods and to refund me fully. Bot heard from them since. Paypal case open at the moment

As per other reviewers, this is a scam operation. I ordered the portable gym and got a completely useless gym band, probably worth a few cents.

They have offered me a 50% refund or asked me to return to China for a full refund but no doubt it will cost more to return and they can claim it is damaged when they get it so I have raised a PayPal dispute instead for 100% refund. 50% refund means they pocket the difference!

I also notice they change their URL every so often to avoid detection but always seem to be headed up JDGray so keep your eyes open for that.

Complete ripoff. I paid for a portable gym system and received nothing. I emailed them numerous times, at first asking for tracking information, then requesting a refund. At this point, they have stopped responding all together.

Absolutely despicable. Saw an advert on Facebook. Directed me to their professional website. Waited nearly one month and received an item that was significantly different. I ordered an 'All-In-One Gym' and received a small orange 'Resistant band'!.

I have emailed the 'company' directly. And requested a refund via PayPal.

More important than the money I was looking forward to the equipment.

I'm sure it is scam. So well done on getting an extra twenty dollars from me, to add to the poorly earned coffers.

Avoid them at all costs. They don't even deserve a one star.

I bought an "ALL IN 1 GYM" from Instagram and all it is is a cheap resistance band that is in no way what I ordered..

Be carful the Jdgray Online Shop jdgray.store is a scam.

I was attentive to this shop via Instagram, and ordered a product. what i got is onther product which is 90% less value to the product i ordered.

Complete scam. The product they claim to sell is actually known as the MaxFit and retails for over $600. The scam is that they'll send you a resistance band, and then claim that for a refund, you have to post the band back to China which will cost more than the $30 spent on the store.

Don't shop with them. They are a fraudulent company.

JD Gray also known as Goldwright are selling these so called Profit All in one gym on their website which is fake as the product belongs to Maxfit invented and launched under crowd funding. This company JD gray is fraudulent based in China scamming people out of their money and sending a cheap elastic band making it look like a mistake then offering you partial refund saying it will cost you to return item back to China. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
