When I bought the flat in 2015 Martin provided me with an amazing service. He went the extra mile providing an incredible customer service, patiently explaining the processes and keeping me updated along the way.
When I started the procedure to sell my flat in 2024 I approached Martin to ask him some guidance although he couldn’t take any part in the sale process. Again, he replied to every email incredibly fast helping me out providing me very useful tips. Such level of attention to customers is a rare gem and can’t really thank him enough for the help he offered. The experience has been amazing. Thank you, Martin.

This is my second time using JDCIFA to staircase my shared ownership property and I would absolutely recommend the company to anyone. Martin is very knowledgeable as it comes to mortgage and affordability checks. He was very helpful when it came to securing my mortgage for my home. He made sure I had all the correct paperwork in place and kept me updated throughout the whole process even on his day off. I can’t thank Martin enough for all his help and highly recommend to use his service.
