Responses from shop are pretty quick to answer prospective customer issues.

Edited Review after shop explanation. It was initially negative due to the frustration of shops selling over retail. However, maybe it's more of a fault with The Pokémon Company under supplying shops. However, the shop came straight back with an explanation. Whilst I don't entirely agree with all the methods, they appear to be trying and use a lottery system to get items at RRP to customers which is commendable. I must have missed this the first time. Please continue to do this to help kids and collectors and combat scalpers.

Hi Lucas,

Im sorry that you feel that way. All new stock releases are sold at RRP on a lottery based system. Restocks however are sold at the current market value which is something that we and other retailers have done for a while. I wonder if you have given bigger retailers such as Magic Madhouse a 1 star review for doing exactly the same? As you may know, RRP means Recommened Retail Price and no retailer is legally bound to sell at that price, even though a lot of us do to make it more accessible for the wider market but ultimately, retailers can set their selling prices as high or low as they like.

I preloaded a deliberately over inflated item on to our website a while ago (something I know you saw as you commented negatively on our socials) to find the source of bots appearing on our website and as a result, successfully managed to locate and ban over 300 bot accounts, something that was explained via our socials but I guess you must have missed that post...

I feel that your unprompted 1 star review is unfair but I respect your opinion. I hope that you are able to find a better shopping experience elsewhere.

Excellent company

Excellent company, always answered questions and kept me upto date throughout with my order. Support this company as if able to grow would be amazing for serious collectors or just like me part time collector.

Sorted query rapid

Contacted the company just after two separate purchases immediately after each other and the person who emailed me back was very accommodating and sorted my query straight away so a great experience.
