Don't get sucked in by the pictures and 5-star reviews on the website. They are fake.
I ordered a pair of flat back opal earrings for $58. I was shocked when I opened them. They are about the size of a pinhead and the stud/backing material is very cheap looking. I'll be surprised if these last.
The return policy is basically "no returns". I can see why. I would think pretty much all of the customers must be somewhat disappointed with this crappy merchandise.

Predatory business practices with poor return policy - I requested a cancellation within 12 hrs of putting in the order because I read about the poor quality. I got swindled into making a fast decision because of their sale countdown! But it turns out they seem to have a sale everyday (at least around the holidays) and there is a new countdown everyday. I did not see a warning that there are no cancellations and that refunds are only in the form of store credit before I clicked purchase. Who does business this way?? I am forced to buy their products with the store credit now but I have very low expectations of the quality and it is certainly not at value. I will definitely not be a returning customer and warning others to also steer clear!!

Extremely cheap looking jewelry and incredibly overpriced for how flimsy it is. Very poor customer service and virtually no return policy. $100 for jewelry made in China? Definitely disappointing.

Absolutely shocked
One would need a magnifier to see the earrings. The photo showed a large pearl at the bottom of earrings and a small at top.
Both are tiny, Absolutely feel I have been done

I would give a zero rating if possible…do not trust this company…product is not real gold or diamond…horrible quality…shipping was well into 3 weeks…no customer service what so ever…then to top it off I got a 40$ duty tax statement from homeland security…this was never mentioned any where on the site.

A deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience.

I ordered an item that never reached me after weeks of delays, unclear instructions, and poor communication. The handling of the order was chaotic from the beginning. When the package was eventually returned to the sender, the company refused to issue a proper refund and instead tried to offer store credit—which is completely inappropriate for a product I never received.

This shows a worrying lack of accountability and respect for customers.
I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before purchasing from this business.

The earrings are so small. I dont know how i can line up the front with the back. They cost $170 aud EACH!
The images on the website are deliberately misleading. The opal size is 2mm in size. Thats the size of a metal sewing pin head.
I wish i had read the reviews before purchasing.

DO NOT buy from this company.

Do not bother to try and get your money back. They have themselves covered with the small print and no returns policy.
Next time make sure you read reviews before purchasing anything.

I bought around 10 screw studs from J&Co. 2 of which were faulty and fell out of my ears and went missing.

I asked for some compensation as they are expensive earrings and were faulty. The refused this due to me not having video evidence of them falling out of my ears. I asked to return the remaining stud earrings as I couldn't be certain if they were also faulty (keeping the hoops I had purchased). This was also refused.

I understand there are terms but their customer service treated me so badly. I have no faith in either their products or their customer service. DO NOT BUY

Bought 2 pairs of earrings…or what I thought were 2 pair. Only received 2 single earrings. What retailer sells earrings not in a pair? Reach out to customer service and they basically just apologized, did not offer a credit or anything so i could actually ordering the other single ear ring. The website is very miss leading and does not say anywhere this is just a single earring. NORMAL COMPANY'S SELL EARRINGS AS A PAIR NOT SINGLE... ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND THEN I CAN'T RETURN THEM BECAUSE TO THEIR "HYGIENE POLCY" WHICH WOULD OF BEEN NICE TO KNOW AHEAD OF TIME.. SO NOW I HAVE SPENT OVER 150.00 DOLLARS AND CAN'T RETURN THEM, CAN'T WEAR THEM UNLESS I JUST WANT TO WEAR ONE OR PURCHASE ANOTHER ONR... I HONESTLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE.

Their flatback earrings are very loose and drops off easily. I purchased two 14K white gold studs from them and both of them dropped off at different points within two months of purchase. Don’t even know when they dropped, so I can’t even attempt to look for them. Please don’t waste your money like I did

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! I spent nearly $1,500 on jewellery over a month ago which has still not been delivered and no delivery information other than that fedex has it somewhere. Customer service has also been incredibly unhelpful and they just do not reply despite my repeated requests for assistance and a refund. Do not trust this store.

I ordered two flat back earrings for my helix piercings and not only are they beautiful and dainty, but also they are great quality! Did not disappoint!! Also, with my order I received 3 free gifts!! The titanium piercing insertion too set, which I could not do without, a very cute leather mini travel box and a small white leather pouch! Amazing! FedEx had an issue with my delivery and J & Co’s customer service department was very prompt to respond and helpful! Very happy with both, their products and the service.

I paid a premium price, over $100 for a "14K gold" stud. After wearing it for a week, I developed a nasty infection and to remove it and close my piercing. I have been using gold jewellery my whole life as I'm allergic to anything that isn't, so it's obvious what I received from J&Co is NOT genuine gold. I have unfollowed them and will be boycotting.

The item I ordered was a heart (3mm cz) 6.5mm post ear ring.

The heart is not a heart it is a triangle. The dimensions are over what is stated on the website.
The setting for the triangle are huge 3mm.

Therefore overall length of the earring is 10mm(1cm) which is so large for a lobe which is what it is advertised as.

Customer service won't offer refund or an alternative item of same value.
They are slow to response but have agreed the item is not as pictured or described on the website.

Cheap nasty jewellery. I wish I had looked at reviews before buying. Will I ever learn?!

I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering two pairs of earrings worth £178.00 and getting scammed. The earrings were so tiny I couldn't physically hold them without dropping them when I tried to put them in my ears. One of the miniscule stones fell out of its claw setting as I tried to put them in. Please avoid at all costs it's a scam. Also, please remember that you will be billed additional costs on top of the value of the goods for import tax (20%VAT), import duty and a disbursement fee when the goods enter the UK. For me, a total of £230.57 completely wasted. Just don't buy from them.

I've purchased a fair amount of times. Love their website, easy to navigate and their customer is awesome. As soon I noticed I made a mistake, I informed them and they responded quickly and corrected my mistake. I am always impressed by the craftsmanship of the pieces. I'm even more blown away by the durability by the pieces, I wear them 24/7 the past 12 months. Other companies pieces fail in that time frame.

I’ve ordered earrings, bracelets, and anklets from J& Co. And they are all really good quality. Out of all the things I’ve ever ordered there’s only been one pair of earrings I absolutely hated, and that was because of the way they closed.

I am always pleasantly surprised when I open an order from J&Co. From the packaging to the quality of the items, everything is always well thought out. Most of the time I never realize I couldn’t do without the piece of jewellery until I receive it and start wearing it. Flat back earrings are a game changer for cartilage piercings.
