We ordered a brand motor and an old used motor was sent. We requested a new motor because that’s what I paid for but instead they refused and sent parts to rebuild the motor they sent. Buyer beware

Totally disaster from delivery company to the seller they don't care

Evri courier decided to return my order back to shipper after 1 miss attemp i try to contact with them to solve the issue but they dont worried to answer because they sent back already i try to reach jcarpart though email to help me with order is well because order return to them i get ignore from them is well very disappointed from both sides no refund no updates regarding my order

Price is good

Price is good. Product is probably good but the delivery company delivered the package to the wrong address. Contact from this company about the missing product has been great, I will be using this company again in the future

Rectified the problem

The fact that I was able to have an issue solved swiftly, after Amazon shipping screwed up my delivery. Thanks Jcarpart.com. I will definitely order more parts from here again.

No customer service whatsoever

No customer service whatsoever! This company is the biggest scam in car parts!! The phone numbers on their site are not even real phone numbers (too many digits) in one case, and the other phone number listed with New York prefix is never answered and has a recording stating, " We're sorry your call cannot be completed." then hangs up. I emailed them asking for a phone number and was never provided one. You can only email them, and any response you get will come to you in the middle of the morning, which leads me to believe that they work and operate from overseas. I was dealing with their "return department," if you want to call it that, via email about a car part that would not, could not, fit my vehicle, even though it was listed as a model that was applicable. I have written them 5 times and complied with their requests to send photos, VINs, etc. Now, I'm being ghosted as though I do not exist. I now realize I have no chance of getting my money back with this company. This issue is forcing me to file with Consumer Protection Divisions of the Attorney General Offices of New York and California, where the warehouse is, since I have no idea where their customer service department is located. Any positive reviews you read about concerning their "great customer service" has to be AI generated because this company DOES NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Be wary of dealing with them.

I'm still getting early morning…

I'm still getting early morning correspondence, stating that day, have charged back my money and I am, yeah, getting a refund. It's been well over a week. And I talked to my bank and there is no such chargeback or refund, i never received the part that I ordered, and I have not received a supposed charge back or refund, never again, will I order from them?

Received a rebuilt head for a 2006…

Received a rebuilt head for a 2006 Chevy Aveo which appeared ok but once installed discovered there was at least one hole that had been bored through one of the 2 coolant plugs in the rear of the head, after head installation. Have contacted JCarPart to see what they would be able to do as it took several months to fully install their head onto the block due to weather restrictions here in the Portland, OR area.
