Bought this filter and intake hose bundle for my 2014 Mazda 3 since the old system was clogged. 45 bucks and it got here in 3 days. everything clamped on perfectly. acceleration is way smoother now and gas mileage is up. works for me.

This company is a fraud. I bought something last year from them and they accepted the returns but they give me the wrong returns address just so I can't ask for money back through PayPal. Is a company scam with a fake UK address.

Had an issue with a dial coming slightly damaged.
They did send a replacement but the courier (don’t need to mention names but starts with E) lost it.
J car parts have said they will send me a full refund.

shipping was super quick, grill showed up in 2 days. Fits my Ram perfectly. A solid deal.

shops wanted $180 just to swap a bad oxygen sensor... yeah right. my check engine light had been on forever and i was losing like 5 MPG. put this sensor in and mileage is finally back to normal. car runs quieter too.

Great working with J car parts ordered a part for a Mercedes ignition coil and it was delivered quicker than we anticipated. We had an issue with it a few months later contacted the department and they were great to help us and resolve our situation promptly.

Don’t order from them they sell the lowest quality parts that get damaged they offered to send a replacement and refund 25% I’m still at over a month with it not shipping and no refund this site is one step off from a scam

Jcarpart not only has the best price, they also have the most responsive staff when help or assistance for any issue with an order.

Sent the wrong part, convinced me to keep it if they offered a discount. Said they’ve had no issues with the part. The part failed in less than a year. I could have bought the cheaper parts elsewhere but their site showed a different photo of a brand I trust. Very misleading and unethical. Buy from anywhere else if you can.

Due to shipping issues, our package came in damaged, but the company was very easy to work with and gave us a full refund.
