I love my ZR collection! I have been shopping with them for a year and a half now and have tried other companies but their quality is unmatched. You can truly customize every detail of the setting. They have a vast selection of stones to choose, from original color moisssanaite to lab created gemstones like alexandrite and the quality is top tier. They offer both sterling silver and gold as metal options and the crafmanship for both is amaizing. The process from picking a stone you love, to a going over a design and approving is made a breeze with Chris and Max. The production process can take around in 8-10 weeks, sometimes more depending on the complexity of the design and once you recieve it you will be in love. Highly recommend!

The host of this shop is very creative and detailed. Designers are super talented. They will do everything to make you feel happy with your design. Only thing is wait as they make so many pieces that their designers are super busy that’s why it takes so long for ring to be ready. Other than that i am very happy with each piece and love the quality and craftsmanship.

I have made many pieces of custom jewelry with ZR. Everything is breathtaking. They create a design after I choose a gorgeous stone. I communicate with them daily with questions and requests in messages. They show the piece in the live and take pictures before they mail it out. Very pleased with everything and I just keep buying more. Friendly helpful hosts on live show. Highly recommend.

This company will lure you to buy their products or even customise with them, but be warned when you have issue with your ring , they will ignore your messages , the customer service is very poor! They will pass your complaints like a pingpong ball.. Many customers have had bad experience with this company.. run away from them! Do yourself a favor and save your self the stress of dealing with this company!
