Can't fault JBrown when they sold a relatives house for me via probate sale. We couldn't get up to London because of the distance but they helped sort out clearance, gutter repair etc and kept us informed at every step. Emma particularly was extremely helpful with pulling ends together and being there if we had any questions or problems. I really cannot recommend them enough. They made a very stressful time for us as stress free as it could be!

Our experience was made perfect whilst selling our apartment in fish island because of one person - Emma at JBrown estate agents.

The whole process was relatively quick from the moment the offer was accepted. The assistance of the agents was definitely a large contributing factor to this.

Kyle was great - he was extremely responsive whenever I had queries and helped to push the process along. He checked in frequently and also followed up with the sellers and their solicitors whenever there were any delays.

Last month when I was looking for a flat Zara helped me a lot and made things very smooth. She helped through the process of renting with them and provided quick answers when needed.

Just completed on my house sale with JBrown, Kyle was great from the valuation through to completion. Kept me informed, feedback was honest, and I was very happy with his service overall. I will continue to use JBrown going forward.

I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly.
Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people).
Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly.
Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time.
Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT.
Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did.
Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened.
I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that.
The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual).
Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails.
After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately.
This morning magically I received an email
From Zara saying that my property has now been removed!
You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

I've rented multiple properties with JBrown over the last few years. They've always gone above and beyond to make sure the property is to a high standard. Any problems that I have encountered with the properties, they are always quick to fix and have always kept me up to date with the progress. Highly recommend!

Passed references twice.
They failed to find me a property.
Never answer phone calls or message
Managers as well.
This company is not good or reliable.
Do not rely on them
