Well what can I say!!! Since the first time I enquired with JB Bottles, James customer service as been one of five stars.

Ive recently started my new business as was looking for a company that could supply everything I needed in one place.

Not only has he done this, he has helped with direct contact via his business what’s app page.

He has also sent me free testers, which I’m glad he did because now it’s given me a new change of direction in my business of being able to offer different size jars to my customer.

James continues with what you are doing, I love your service and I love speaking to people rather than a computer I am quite old school.

Highly recommend not just for quality and customer service also.

Good product. Just what I was looking for. and great communication from supplier.

We are a small family run company, Mummy’s Organics. We have been buying bottle and bottle caps from JB because the quality of their products is excellent. We have tried other company’s but have experiences damaged glass and leaky caps. We need ti know that our own customers will not have cause ti come back with a faulty product.
They also have a high level customer services standard which makes our job easier.
