I purchased two Batmobiles from Jazzinc. The quality of the items I received are incredible. Joost and his entire team should be commended for their efforts in making quality collectibles. Love the cars, I have the 1989 batwing and 1989 batmobile. They are super detailed and I love the quality of them. Only issue I have with it was on the batmobile, I don't know why but sometimes the smoke blows backwards into the car but besides that little issue I would recommend this brand to be a go to instead of the hot toys batmobile or other brands.

I received the 1966 bat cycle the 1968 Batmobile and the seated 89 Batman figure all in excellent condition. These products far exceeded my expectations. They are the best new up and company around!!

These models are the best of the best. I've been a modeler since the 1960s and collector for decades, and Jazzinc models are perfect and modern artwork, simply beautiful and super impressive. I have been purchasing museum quality replicas of from Joost/JazzInc. for more than six years and own 10 of their product's. The quality has no equal and are the benchmark other companies aspire to achieve. Their customer service is the best in the business, and we are allowed to actively participate in the selection and development (feedback)of their limited run replicas.
They are the best in the business!

I have purchased several products from Jazzinc, and they all have exceeded my expectations. The company’s owner is very engaged with customers. This is not a large corporation that cares about the bottom line above anything else; Joost seems very genuine and authentic. I am glad to be a customer because of their great products and because the company is comprised of great people.

Best most realestic models ever mastered.

Joost (the owner) and his family have poured their heart and soul into their business and in particular, their more famous 1/6 scale BATMAN collectables. Of which, I am the proud owner of their 1966/ 89-92/95 Batmobiles and the 1/6 Batwing and upcoming seated Batman figure/s and TDK Tumbler versions. Its crucial to note they take their audience and customers on a ride. Jazzinc will take their customers on a journey; Facebook members are normally consulted for feedback RE: design and preference, to feedback after early prototyping. They usually tee up some in the community to sample early products for review - and finally, provide you with really helpful payment plans so you can lock in your favourite collectables and pay them off over the next year before they are released.

SERVICE: With a small team, they get rather busy, but generally respond within the first 3-4 days of making an enquiry via email.

QC/ PARTS ISSUES? I have not had any major problems with my vehicles. Though, there are very very minor QC issues which I believe have been carefully addressed in future projects to prevent them reoccuring. Anytime I have felt necessary to write into Joost with an issue (which was only once) , he has always taken care of me - and offered a couple of small parts requested to hide certain blemishes or imperfections.

SHIPPING/PACKING: They take care to ship to you via Air or sea, provided you can wait. The only issue I have had, not directly associated with Jazzinc, was shipping one of their items from USA to AUS; the lack of foam inside the 1989 Batwing in the centre area caused for the box to be easilyy penetrated from outer brown shipper through the whole package. I didnt buy direct from J/I, so couldn't get any recource, it was bad luck as to how it was handled. However, these concerns were addressed particularly when the 1989 batmobile was released and internal packaging was redesigned. Thankfully, I intended to display by 1989 batwing, so all was good!

Overall, highly recommend them for the ability of being down to earth, generous with their time and irrefutable commitment to scale, accuracy and striving for perfection. If it wasn't for Jazzinc, many adult collectors wouldn't be able to ever buy, hold or enjoy some of these true pieces of art!

Jazzinc is one of the best companies ever to exist. Having started out small and just always remaining reliable! They truly go above and beyond to meet expectations of collectors.

I purchased a 1989 1/6 scale Batmobile secondhand as they were not available on jazz Inc website having been sold out, what can I say about this model? Incredible, absolutely incredible. The level of detail is breathtaking the paintwork is amazing!
I have to say, I spent a lot of time just looking at this model and that’s when I discovered there were some very tiny imperfections that was caused,not by production but by myself.
I contacted joost at Jazz inc within the space of 1 hour I had to reply. I could not believe the Service that I have received from this company to say it’s beyond the level expected is an understatement.
Joost sent me rubbing compound at no extra charge which completely removed all the imperfections.
I believe company have a total commitment to customer care.
Not just reflected in their service, but in the quality of products that they produce.
To say that they now have a customer life is no understatement.
I have put myself on the waitlist for the 68 Batmobile and also the batwing which has been produced in a small smaller scale.

Hello Everyone,

I just recieved and assembled my Jazzinc BVS Bat Computer Diorama, wow! If anyone who is a BVS fan, 1/6 Batman Collector, or anyone who likes really cool stuff you need to get this. I knew it was going to be awesome based on the videos I have seen of it, but this is my first Jazzinc product so you are never really sure until you get it. In my collection I have 1/3 statues, life size busts etc. and this is possibly the show stealer if everything I own. Also, the communication and Customer Service some of the very best also. I sent in just a general question, I did not expect a response from the owner of the company within 5-10 minutes, unreal.

Anyway, I could keep gushing over this thing but I don't want to ramble too long. Thank you Joost, thank you Jazzinc!

I recently bought one of their 89 Batwings second hand. I reached out to Joost because it was missing a few pieces, and he very graciously, and happily helped me replace those items. Couldn’t ask for a better interaction with them.

The 89 Batwing is one of the most iconic of all the Batwings, and Jazzinc’s attention to detail is absolutely glorious. It’s museum quality, and it the crown jewel of my collection.
