Order stuck "In Processing" for over a week with no communication

I placed an order on jazzandsizzle.com on August 21, 2026, for a watch (Order ID: 7461321015466). My payment was cleared immediately, but my order has been stuck in the "In Processing" stage for over a week.
There has been absolutely no update regarding shipping, and customer support has not provided a tracking number. Shoppers should be very cautious before spending money on this website, as order fulfillment is incredibly slow and communication is non-existent. I strongly advise buying elsewhere until they fix their service.
