We have used JayWay twice for European vacations. JayWay's planning, recommendations, and support of its clients while on vacation is outstanding. JayWay's local contact is always immediately available and has been able to solve any problem or change in itinerary efficiently. With JayWay there isn't much you have to be concerned with as it relates to all of the support, transportation, or facilities that are included in your itinerary. All you need to do is to enjoy your vacation. JayWay is always there to ensure you have the best experience. A 5+ star company in every respect.

I would highly recommend JayWay to everyone. The Baltic tour was wonderful, very well organized and I want to truly thank Adam Vanek again for the accommodations that he made for me, his kindness and compassion. Melita, thank you also for coordinating such a fabulous trip.

In the past I have done the research and planned my own vacations. This time, I wanted to use a company that would reduce my time and effort. JayWay took my requests and customized the trip I wanted, booked the hotels, drivers, transfers and took care of every detail, along having our own personal contact and concierge. They were professional, helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I will recommend to my friends and family and plan to use them again for future travels.

Jayway travel itinerary planed was amazing and all our wishes were met. From pick up from the airport with our guide Taya on July 31st 2024 (who we were with for the entire trip) to drop off to airport on August 5th 2024: we were indulged in the Slovenian way of life and shown the beauty of the country, people and culture. Our guide Taya was knowledgeable about her country and made us at ease. Our itinerary was followed and we were able to be guided to experience the country outside the boundaries of our itinerary. Taya went above and beyond to make as welcome, comfortable and be Slovenians during our stay.

As I have already told many of my friends and family, the process is easy , do your research and the best part is that once your trip is booked all you have to do is pack and show up- they figure out what level of quality you want in hotels and restaurants and met EVERY need- don’t get overwhelmed with all the documents they send you to read - it’s super helpful and will help you choose the tours best suited for you- also don’t be afraid to ask questions if you don’t find exactly what you want to do - they did some custom tours for us

There is no need to go it alone when planning a trip to Italy! Jay Way covered everything from airport transfers, to hotel recommendations at 3, 4 and 5 star levels, porter service, train ticketing, etc. They will also provide ideas for restaurants and the best excursions for you as well as pre-book so you can skip both the stress of finding the right tour provider and the line at the attractions! Every details is thought of and you will be treated like honored guests by every person that connect you with along the way!

We found JayWay Travel while looking in the internet. We were going to Paris and Amsterdam and we have no qualms of using their service again and again. Karen was our host on this trip (6/23 to 7/8) and he made considerations to one of the member of our group who is disable. Karen helped us in renting wheelchair for her on both countries. He went far and beyond the scope of his work. The tour guides assigned to us were all exceptional to my eyes. So kudos to all who work for JayWay Travel. Highly recommended.

Our trip was perfectly planned and exceeded our expectations. Our local Croatian host Martina was fantastic, always quick to respond to queries. Highly recommend for those looking for a custom planned worry free travel experience.

Having a local contact was so amazing. Martina went above and beyond, from helping to communicate with local restaurants and changing reservations to getting our passports from Split to Rovinj when we accidentally left them in the safe. She was so organized and thoughtful. She even met us in Dubrovnik and brought my son a birthday cake! She made our 2 week dream vacation to Croatia and Venice a reality. JayWay made planning so easy and took all the stress out of it.

Such a great trip. Melita at JayWay listened to my preferences, and then arranged hotels and guides specific to my travel style and interests. Their local guides were terrific and adjusted their plans too after talking to us. Adam, our local fixer, would always reply within minutes if I had a question. I would recommend JayWay Travel without hesitation. Great job.

It was so relaxing to know that we were being taken care of, while still being so personal and ""on our own"" instead of with a big group. The worst part was when we were around groups of other Americans that were so demanding and unaware that they were the strangers there.

Jay Way provided top rated hotels in the heart of each City. Our representative in Poland provided excellent professional service to us the entire trip. Tours were beyond my expectations

My wife and I were planning to visit Croatia from and cruise ship that also visited many countries that we have already been to. Don’t get me wrong, cruising is fun but when it is over, don’t you feel like to need a vacation to relax? We started looking for alternatives for traveling to Croatia and stumbled on JayWay Travel. Boy are we glad we did.
From our first interaction via email there was no pressure, just information sharing. JayWay provided a travel template that pointed out places that they recommended based on our likes and dislikes. They provided all transportation, hotel choices for us to select, tickets to special attractions, and lists of dining options in each town that come highly recommended. Who knew that Croatia had so many Michelin Star restaurants.
