JayWay has planned major trips for us to Croatia (4 of us) and Italy (2 of us.) We let them know, when, places, our interests. we end up with wonderful hotels, excellent tour guides and all the details taken care of for getting around. Finally, a local JayWay agent is assigned to iron out any questions, problems, etc while travelling.

I have used JayWay for 3 trips now. They always deliver! I love having the drivers make the transfers between airport, train and hotel. Saves so much time and so safe for women traveling alone.
The day tours have been fantastic and we have loved the private guides. Makes each trip special and there is no waiting for a large group. Will definitely book again!

My friend and I had a great experience in our travels to Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam. JayWay provides excellent service end to end. The communication was great through the trip. This is our third trip with them.
The drivers were on time and professional. The hotel choices were very nice and in safe locations with access to excellent dining. Very walkable.

I won't plan any future European trip without JayWay! I had never considered using a travel agency to plan our anniversary trip, but a friend had used JayWay and raved about them, so I gave it a try. Unbelievable. You tell them what kind of trip you want (the vibe, price range, activity level, etc.) and they craft the perfect trip for you. Your online vacation "page" lets you choose hotels, excursions, etc. They made it so simple. Luxury, dependable transportation at each stop, they made airline reservations for our in-country flights, they give you everything you need for every excursion (i.e., your guide will meet you in your lobby at 9 am; your tour starts at 2:00 pm and here are the vouchers you'll need). They gave us advice as to which hotels and which cities to visit. Arranged awesome excursions. Top-notch, first class service the entire time. Super easy to get in touch with them if there are issues (there weren't) and they touched base every couple of days to make sure all was going well. They are so worth it!

I just returned from Amsterdam and France and my vacation was arranged via Jayway travel. I had used Jayway 5 years ago and was so impressed I used them again. Upon contacting Jayway I spoke with Rose who helped plan my trip each and every step of the way.

From the hotels, tours and transportation between places,Jayway travel made my vacation in Europe easy. The tours they arranged were excellent and fun. Jayway arranged drivers, train rides and everything in between. Once the vacation was a few weeks away, I was put in contact with Elena the local Jayway representative in Paris. When we arrived in Paris, Elena met my wife and I at our hotel. Elena had already sent us a gift basket to our hotel in Amsterdam and also brought us some gifts to hand us. In addition I told Elena that my wife wanted to see Notre Dame cathedral and while free it’s a tough ticket to obtain. Elena was a rock star and secured us tickets.

As people who were new to International travel, JayWay's staff was great. We were helped the entire way both before and during the trip. Having local people available was priceless and our consultant before the trip guided us to a dream trip.

You saved us a lot of research time and found some very good experiences that we likely would never have identified or considered. You really made our time spent in Italy more valuable.

Jayway excelled in planning - including where to go and choice of accomodations. I would not have made it to Latvia’s Rundale Palace nor Cesis castle without their input.They also excelled in performance as all guides were informative and made good company - They also contributed to finding traces of my family’s past. having a real time contact was also very helpful (e.g. changing a meeting place at short notice)

The trip was planned to perfection and it’s amazing how much of the world we got to see on one trip. Every little detail was taken care of and even a few surprises along the way. As an example, they got us to a private tour of a farm in Albania where we were fed during the matriarch’s 90th birthday. On Lake Ohrid, a surprise wine tasting and cheese plate for my girlfriend’s birthday. All rooms had a view of a lake or a sea and all of our hosts bent over backwards to impress us as Jayway guests are a top priority. A trip of a lifetime! We Sa’s all of Albania, North Macedonia, and Greece, all by private transfer with nice and interesting guides.
