Very poor quality products

Very poor quality products. Unstable bluetooh conncetion and sound start getting buzzing noise every time you slightly raise the volume. I got a new one after complaining and the new speaker had the same problem again. It does not look that they QC their own product. Waste of time and money!

Jays m five, so bad.

Jays m five. Worst headphones I have ever tried. When they work, the sound is fine, but that is quite rare. When I turn my head, the sound disappears in one or both of the speakers. I have complained about them, and they have been sent in for repair, but came back just as bad.
Avoid them like the plague

Very very bad products.

Products are bad. I bought a F-five true-wireless earphone 2 months ago after watching some youtube reviews. I thought these reviews are honest. I should've read online reviews from real owners. This company has terrible products. My earphones worked fine at first but after a week it started draining battery so fast. It switched songs after the earphone has been touched a little, and now it doesn't even charge properly nor is discoverable in the bluetooth list. It doesnt work anymore. I am seeing multiple people having these issues. Do not buy these earphones/headphones. Unless you want to waste your money. Very disappointed.

Plastic parts breaking and no help from Jays

The plastic pieces of my Jay headphones have cracked in myltiple areas, only after a few uses.

After contacting support with the reply that I should be able to use them anyway (even though both sides are cracked and unstable) I am now also very disspointed with the customer care/service.

A product like this should not start cracking in the plastic, and even if it would, it should be taken seriously in my opinion.

I bought a pair of t-seven and they…

I bought a pair of t-seven and they don’t work (constantly pausing/starting). Customer service does not reply to my refund/return/exchange request for two weeks. I am a loyal customer for years and never again!

Not match my expectation with this price

I bought s-Living Flex on Black Friday with a discount, so not that expensive compared to the original price of 1999 SEK. I will not recommend you buy this at the original price, since if you can pay this price, there are much better products in this market.

Pro -
1 - mobility - very light and easy to move
2 - design is good

To improve :

1 - Packaging - they put cables on top, and the instruction book is so hard to take it out. Also, there is a mistake on this product webpage, the cable actually is Type - c not micro-USB
2 - Onboarding - this is not really user-friendly, you can onboard with the Google Home app, but only you can find this in the instruction book. There is no Jay's app to help you onboard
3 - Sound - this is the most important part, s-Living Flex sounds very plain, the vocal is too strong, and the bass is not good. The sounds are very close to Google's nest audio quality, not even close to IKEA's symfonisk or SONOS Roam, or SONOS Roam SL. I have to say, the sound quality is the same as Google nest Audio, but that one is much cheaper.
4 - Return policy - they need the customer to pay the delivery fee to return in Sweden, and it can cost 100+ SEK to send it back.

I decide to buy this product because it's a Swedish brand and kind of proud of this, but after I tried this.. not match my expectation..

now.. I have been playing music on it for 30mins... it stopped working..

Had problems with a pair of headphones…

Had problems with a pair of headphones where the earpad lining broke after 2 months. The retailer wasn't very helpful, infact not trustworthy at all. I then contacted JAYS customer support directly, which gave me the assistance i needed and solved my problem right away. Rarely have I received such exceptional service!

Great Sound and Excellent Customer Support Service

My Experience with Jays headphones has been extremely pleasing, the Swedish company is releasing premium sound for music enthusiasts at affordable prices that rival the more pricey line-up of headphones, earphones and wireless earbuds from it's competitors.

I've recently purchased their M-seven wireless earbuds, after being with Bose for more than 10 years, the shipping to the UAE was quick 5-7 working days, upon receiving the earbuds i was extremely pleased with the design/sound/battery life from the M-seven, unfortunately after 10-12 days the left earbud stopped working, and was extremely disappointed, i contacted their Customer Support, who have been highly supportive from the point of contact, quick to answer my queries and concerns, they have requested that i ship the earbuds back, but the shipping from UAE was extremely expensive, i informed the support team, who have been kind enough to schedule a pick up from Sweden to my home address.

Upon receiving the defective unite back, they went ahead and ordered a new pair of earbuds for me.

Can't stress how satisfied i am with the way the have handled this unfortunate situation, and will surely continue to buy more of their products in the future.
