The customer service was helpful and quick to respond. My query was dealt with promptly and everything was resolved efficiently. Appreciated the straightforward communication!

The returns policy is not made clear at the point of purchase. Only after ordering did I discover that Jayde Store operates an exchange or credit only policy, which was not clearly highlighted during checkout. This feels misleading and unfair for an online retailer.

The quality of the item was appalling and completely unjustifiable for the price. The fabric and finish were poor, and the dress looked nothing like what you would expect for a £130 item. It genuinely made me question whether the lack of refunds is intentional, as customers are effectively trapped with low-quality products.

For online purchases, consumers should be clearly informed of their right to return goods, and refusing refunds for non-sale items appears to be contrary to UK consumer law, particularly where quality is not satisfactory.

I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering. I will not be purchasing from Jayde Store again.

Nice designs the cheapest of material! I bought a black lounge set and the top and bottoms were a different black! No returns as she knows the quality is so bad she’d have a barrage of returns. Don’t be fooled by luxury life pretty face and good figure. She has all her Towie / love island pals endorse the rubbish as she probably does the same to their crap clothing lines. Not finding anymore of her chanel handbags, I’ll stick to Zara H&M don’t be fooled people pls!!

Really poor quality clothing, paid £130 for a 2 piece set and cannot refund, only exchange. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t buy - cheap material/ see through - Unfortunately I was expecting such good things as so many people seem to buy from here and after trialling it and spending £70 pounds on the skinny flare leggings, they were beyond see through, I was shocked and I’m still baffled how so many seem to spent such a large amount of money as the items aren’t cheap. I was aware it’s exchanges only so will just buy a top and a scrunchie to cover the cost. Thank goodness I only bought one item to try first(!!) I would not shop back here ever or recommend unfortunately.
The only good thing was they came next day delivery although I wish they’d never turned up having seen and tried them on - very disappointing!

I spent £250 on a jumpsuit and a 2 piece outfit. All of the items I received are rubbish quality and remind me of Primark leggings- very see through !
Annoyed at myself for not looking into the returns policy before buying as I cannot get a refund.

Best skinny flares around! Once you wear them you won’t wear anything else, live and die in them!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, no one comes close to the quality!!!

I ordered a last minute dress for the weekend from Jayde on a Thursday morning. Delighted to say it arrived on the Friday, less than 24 hours after I placed the order! I love the dress, best quality as with all my other Jayde purchases.

Returned leggings after they agreed to repair them - I wore them THREE times, however because it was lockdown this was over an amount of time. In an email exchange they said they would repair them, and then sent them back saying 'due to wear and tear' they wouldn't repair them. Extortionate amount of money for tat. There are thousands of others on the market for a fraction of the price. I thought I was getting quality. How wrong could one be?

So happy with the service received and speedy shipment of my order!! 1 week today from ordering and I have received my order in time for my daughter to wear her beautiful outfit for her birthday party this weekend! so pleased, thank you Jayde!

Designs are nice, I give her that however the pricing is ridiculous and for me doesn’t match the quality. I think why her sales are high is the fact she’s pretty, very rich wears clothes well and has successfully tapped in to the bored rich housewife lifestyle, oh and the fact that she practically knows the whole TOWIE cast

Worst experience I have ever had. Rudest customer service and the worst quality clothing. Dreadful. Don't waste your money. Dont dare complain as you will have rude agressive "CEO" calling you. Never heard of the CEO of Louis Vuitton calling customers giving them agg like I had with this dreadful place.
