We bought the 10 mm Cuban bracelet, and we have had it just over a month, and the gold is coming off all over. When we tried to get it returned through customer service, we were basically told that, because they engraved a name on it (on the clasp, BTW), I had no chance of an exchange. Basically, there was no conversation or anything. I would not recommend these chains at all, as they fade, and the customer service sucks. Order #2102893

I'm very happy with the product itself but needed to exchange for a different size. The return process has been easy and Customer Service has been very responsive and wonderful to deal with. Angel is the representative helping me and he explained the procedure for each step and my different options. He was very responsive and I felt Comforted knowing that this would work out well. This is my first time purchasing from your company and I was a little bit leery, not knowing how the return and exchange for a different product would be, but he made me feel reassured. I very much like that. He is my direct contact when I email and I'm not transferred to different people. Angel made the experience much better.
