Noteable customer happiness recovery!
After the first badge being broken, which I received about 4 months ago, I contacted Jawwie without response. After 3 months passed I forgot about this company, and the 20 or something euro's didn't mean that much to me anyway.
However, with a kind letter, they send a completely new set of an improved pair of Jawwies with an apologetic letter, saying they are improving customer happiness. Credits for the company, this is how to regain satisfaction.
P.S. the new version is pretty solid, nice jaw exercising

SCAMMMMMMM....!!!!!!!!!
I ordered the product 2 weeks before and still haven't received anything. These scammers just take the money and give absolutely no product. No customer service. Absolutely nothing on WhatsApp instagram... don't reply to mails. Don't ever buy anything from this site if you wish to save your hard earned money. Bunch of scammers who have nothing to do. Wish I could talk to them directly and tell tell them how Ridiculously pathetic they are.
