Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service, the owner is very rude and reading through all the reviews it seems he’s done this to many others!!! He is not a nice man at all and this business should be shut down!! the job is rushed and not great for what you pay! I don’t know how this man is running a business with his attitude, will be reporting them to trading standards! Avoid!!!

Beautiful Nails

Have been going there for several years now. They offer a wide range of colours and products. Always get served, especially now that you need to book an appointment. I come away really pleased with the results and the service.

Worst experience waste of money and time

I usually go here to remove my extentions and every time I go, the staff are very keen to know from where have I done my nails. Now I know that reason why the staff are so keen in knowing. The experience I had was one of the awful. The worst experience ever. I feel its not fare to the price I paid. The finishing was ugly, the cuticles was bleeding, the layer of the gel paint was very thick. When informed them about bleeding they said its normal but I say its not if you do it taking time and not in hurry to finish one customer and attend the other as you'll have appointment lined up. There are only two staff working when I went with five customers sitting and one waiting. .

Outstanding nails' specialists

I am going to this nails salon for more than 10 years and must to say that their technical skills are next to none. I tried other salons but their technicians and applications are not as good as at the JaviNails. The salon is very popular and busy so you have to book in advance either online or over the phone.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, really rude. I hope the owner reads this and changes management. He started arguing when I was confirming the written price and the price he told me. He said I am providing you my services so don’t ask me price, pay what I say. Left my nails halfway. Incredible rude behaviour, I just wish somebody makes him realise that customer service is important.

The worst experience in history of…

The worst experience in history of going to a Nail Salon @officialjavinails
The male owner has no respect for his clients, I was told to ’get out’ of the salon and have been ‘banned’ to come back all because I have a preference of which nail technician I’d like to have my nails done with.
Surely as a paying customer whose has a good relationship with the nail technician for years, I’m allowed to make that choice without causing offence to any of the other technicians that work there?
I’m always polite, always on time for my appointments, never been a rude customer.
The owner clearly has insecurities with his staff being more preferable for their skills over him. He asked me to ‘get out’ and shouted at me in front of his staff and a room full of customers because he didn’t like me choosing my preferable technician. He also said ‘him and his wife refuse to do my nails’ because of this preference situation. There’s a power trip complex going on here of some sort. He claims he’s the one that ‘made this brand what it is’ but how can you run a business by shouting at and belittling your clients so disrespectfully and think it’s ok to have this apparent ‘super brand’ Javi nails? Lol joke owner and a joke of a business. Jerry please learn how to respect your customers and learn how to respect women. If someone spoke to your wife the way you did to me today surely you’d be least impressed. Learn some manners and learn to evolve without having a complex with your fellow staff, if they’re better than you accept that and move on. No point crying about it. Good luck mate!

Arrogant and Rude

Never thought I’d be writing such a negative review but after many years of getting my nails done at this place this incident has left me disgusted at the behaviour of one individual who helps run the nail salon. Bearing in mind this is the second time I have had an altercation with the same individual because of his arrogance.

Having been one of the first few entering the shop which had just opened. I had an important event to attend that day and requested if I could have my french manicure done by one of the two workers I always get it done from (if it was any other design I would have gone to anyone). The two that I get it done from had just sat down and weren’t doing anyone’s nails but telling by the annoyance of this individuals face, he wanted to be difficult and asked me to wait after a customer. After explaining I couldn’t he started raising his voice at me and shouted at me in front of everyone. I am disgusted at this behaviour and to be honest this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this happen. Though they may be good at doing nails they need serious customer service training.

It’s clear to see they don’t like customers with an opinion or voice. I know a lot of friends who were once loyal customers who have stopped going to this place because of the customer service. At the end of the day this is a place of business and there should be a level of professionalism at all times. Everyone has a specific like and dislike when it comes to designs or the shape of their nails and even if they request to have their nails done by someone they like then it shouldn't be taken personally. I am appalled and will not going back.

Best nail salon in Southall

Have been a customer for 12 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always polite. Always professional. The best salon in Southall. Make sure you book online as it gets so busy which will s proof of how good they are

Abrupt rude attitude southhall

I have used Javi nails a couple of times and I am quite happy with their end results but I always have a very uncomfortable, cheeky attitude of the receptionist. Last Friday, the 11th, I called for an appointment and I very kindly inquired if they had safety measures in place. The attendee very abruptly replied, "if you are not sure, please don't come, now is not the right time to visit during covid." I was just so shocked to reply back and had to genty tell him to cancel my appointment.
