Do NOT book anything with them! They are NOT a real company. I booked a flight in Dec paid with my card in full for a flight in May. I never received any flight itinerary with my name. Delta has no record of me on the flight numbers I booked.
I called my Credit Card and had the fee returned. Fraudulent. I called the number multiple times and it went to a normal voicemail where no one picks up. After several calls my number was blocked.
Becareful. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

booked a flight ticket for 28th February 2029 through their website. After completing the payment, an agent from Jet Travel informed me that the final ticket would be issued within 48 hours. However, they failed to provide the ticket as promised.

When I requested a refund due to non-issuance of the ticket, they assured me that the refund would be processed. As of 13th February, I have not received my refund. Furthermore, they are not responding to my calls or messages. The contact number +1 (440) 568-0802 has blocked my number, and no one is answering any communication.

This behavior clearly indicates fraudulent activity. I have lost my hard-earned money and have been mentally disturbed by this experience.

If the refund is not processed immediately, I will proceed with filing a cyber fraud complaint and a police case against the company.

Mark answered my questions and responded in a timely manner when I messaged flyofast.

They helped clear up my travel mess with tickets. Aaron was incredibly helpful.

Scam! They take your credit card informations and use them to book flights for other passengers. We never confirmed our reservation cuz they tripled the price. But 24h later, they charged my credit card for somebody I don’t even know. Big Scam!!!!

This website is a scam. I should have known when the prices were too good to be true. Don’t fall for the trap trying to safe a few hundreds. They called me the day after booking and told me it would take one week to book a flight. I’ve booked flights before, it is instant! They debited my card without a flight. I still don’t have a flight confirmation 2 weeks later. I am Indian and I am embarassed by the actions of my people. This is exactly why Indians get the reputation of being scammers!

If I could leave less than one star I would. Ignored my repeated requests. Never call when they say they will. I get through and I’m told booking was cancelled. I’m now left three days before a flight and no booking. I was going to a funeral

I booked two tickets through this travel agency. Spencer was helpful in finding affordable fares and requested positive feedback from me. However, after I provided the good review, the agency cancelled my booking right before my flight. This last-minute cancellation caused me to cancel important meetings. Please be cautious when dealing with this agency

Mark did a great job helping me get a flight and at a great price. But the ticket was never purchased so now I have to file a claim to get my money back from this company because I paid up front. Mark lied to me. Do not trust this company.

My experience was great overall, since it was my first time booking with that company camillo made thing very easy for me. He was able to check me in and sent my boarding pass to me via email. It was a smooth transition and I would definitely recommend any of my friend to that site or even book with them again for future travel.
