Bought a tap several years ago. The tap has been perfect for years. Unfortunately the weak point was a plastic diffuser which seems a small part but has a huge effect on a tap when it breaks. Contacted jassferry for advice on a spare part and delighted they resolved under warranty. Quick response as well. Rest of the tap was fine, valves all good and the chrome plating is like new after many years use.

If I could score less than 1 star then I absolutely would!
Ongoing dispute with a parcel not yet received ... yet it's showing that it's been delivered to the yodel drop off address!
We've NOT received a collection code either but nevertheless they are insisting that it's there BUT ITS NOT!
Trying to contact yodel at the sellers advice has also proved to be an absolute joke!
Can't speak to anyone with a pulse
Extremely frustrating ... absolutely not impressed!!
