Terrible scam of a company. They steal.
Terrible scam of a company. They hold onto your $$ when you want to close your account by making you fill out paper forms, mail them, and wait 4-6 weeks. They take electronic xfers for payments & funding - but will not disburse funds or xfer out electronically.
Also: I discovered $50/month in Jassby debits that were never credited to my child's card ... for 2 years! Now pursuing complaints with Better Business Bureau
Likely Scam…
I received a Jassby card as part of a field trip I chaperoned for my child. The company gave out 45 or so cards to the kids and about 15 cards to adults that chaperoned. It was part of the travel package. I can’t confirm a single person on the trip was able to download the application and spend the money. I feel bad for the kids who were relying on this card to get food somewhere cashless and didn’t have parents to assist.
Wish I could give 0 stars
Update: Once I posted on their Facebook page this exact message they blocked me and deleted what I said. When I used to call the first message was saying hello and that I would be on hold for an agent, now I just get voicemail. Hopefully I can get this out somehow without them being able to delete it or hide from their customers. They have taken 3 deposits that have cleared already and told me they were returned to the origin. they however show them still credited to Jassby after 8 days. Seems fishy and I still cannot talk to anyone.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH THEM FOR FOUR DAYS. MOST OF THE TIME THEY WERE MAKING UP ANSWERS THEN FINDING OUT THEY WEREN'T GIVEN THE CORRECT INFORMATION AND MAKING UP ANOTHER ANSWER. NOW I AM SIMPLY BEING IGNORED. NO RESPONSE THROUGH EMAIL AND WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. THE LAST FOUR DAYS THEY HAVE ANSWERED RIGHT AWAY AND NOW I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR OVER AN HOUR AND NOBODY WILL ANSWER, RESPOND OR CALL ME BACK.

I thought my big bank did this. I was wrong.

A great app to teach financial skills to kids
Jassby is an app for kids to learn how to independently spend money. Personally as a teenager, I know a lot of kids that never get trusted to spend money independently. Their parents say "You will be buying useless things, when you have the financial skills, come back and we just might try giving you the money freedom".
But, teacher don't teach financial skills in school, or at least, not as much as they should be to develop skills. And, is there even another place to learn that?
Books? "Those books are too grown-up kind of books for you sweetie".
Internet? "Internet doesn't always tells the truth sweetie".
It's the parents who have to spend time and teach kids about money. They have to remember when to give weekly allowance, they have to use their credit card to pay for purchases online because kids don't have one, and they have to try and understand how to teach kids to do better at saving and spending the cash. But for some reason, a lot of parents don't think that they are suppose to help kids with this kind of stuff, or they are too tired to do it.
"Sweetie, I am soooo tired right now, it's a lot of things that have to be done to teach you about financial skills, I will for sure forget everything.
In Jassby, the process of learning can be eased. Kids can get a digital (and I believe as an update to the app, they will soon be sending out a real) credit card, which I already did. All of the money is in the bank, and the credit card is just a way to comfortably use the money, so if the app is not going to exist anymore, you can get your money back. {arents don't have to use their credit card, already less work! I myself bought some things on Amazon. It was the most exciting thing ever.
Also, parents can set weekly allowance for kids, that automatically gives money each week (whatever amount, and whatever day you will set up). Kids can also request money for doing chores (you can decline or accept).
Of course, parents will still have to set everything up, and explain how to spend money wisely to the kids, but it will be easier, and more organized.
Jassby helped me be responsible for my cash. My parents found the app first, and suggested it to me, but if you are a kid and need more money freedom, suggest it to your parents.
Thank you Jassby for being an awesome app.

I recommend buying in Jassby
I have a very good experience and I honestly recommend buying in Jassby. All the items I purchased and received are genuine (2 apple watches, 2 airpods pro, 1 ipad). I have got them during thanks giving at lowest cost in Jassby app (no where found this lowest price in any of the stores).
I would suggest Jassby team to make the app a user friendly....
Thanks!

I am supposed to have 10-25 dollars and all of it has been going where? NO WHERE.
Love the app for my kids
There is no help from any customer…
There is no help from any customer service rep. My family’s accounts were flagged “fraudulent” and now I’m not allowed to use this app. It all a joke and I would never recommend this app to anyone.
Great app to use and fast delivery!
