Bike arrived well packaged and on time. Just to note if you purchase from Amazon, it comes in two packages so need to panic when it says it's delivered and it's just the battery! Pretty simple to put... See more

I've been very happy with my Jasion…
I've been very happy with my Jasion EB6. Assembly was straightforward, the bike feels solid, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. The pedal assist works great, and the bike has plenty of power for cruising around town, bike paths, and campground trails. My wife and I bought two of them and have been enjoying sunset rides together. We've already put over 100 miles on them and they've been a blast to ride. Overall, excellent value for the money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and practical e-bike.
Jasion Customer Service is Nonexistent
I am extremely disappointed with my Jasion e-bike purchase. The bike itself has had issues, but what has been even worse is Jasion’s customer service and warranty support.
When problems arose, I expected the company to stand behind its product. Instead, I experienced delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. Despite the bike being covered under warranty, Jasion repeatedly failed to provide meaningful assistance or honor the warranty in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Customer service was frustrating to deal with, often providing generic responses without resolving the actual problem. As a customer, I felt ignored and unsupported after spending my hard-earned money on their product.
A warranty is only valuable if a company stands behind it, and in my experience, Jasion did not. Based on my experience, I would not recommend a Jasion e-bike to anyone looking for reliable customer support or warranty service

Here is my final email to them below.
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my disappointment with both the quality of your product and the customer service we received throughout our ownership of our Jasion bikes.
The issue that ultimately caused us to lose confidence in Jasion involved a faulty stem component. My primary concern was never the cost of the replacement part. My concern was that this was a safety-related component. Had the stem failed completely while riding, it could have resulted in a serious crash and injury, which may have included my toddler. When I contacted Jasion, I expected assistance in resolving a potential safety issue. Instead, I was told the individual replacement part was unavailable and was encouraged to purchase a much more expensive assembly.
What made this particularly frustrating was that I was quoted approximately $70 for a small replacement component, yet I was told the specific part I needed was out of stock while it was apparently available as part of a larger assembly. From a customer’s perspective, that did not feel like a reasonable solution to a safety-related problem.
In the end, we sold our Jasion bikes. The new owner was able to obtain a replacement stem for approximately $16, making the entire experience even more disappointing.
Please remove me from the serial number registration associated with the bike, as I am no longer the owner.
Several weeks ago, we purchased two Lectric bikes for approximately $3,500. As I had previously communicated to your team, we were considering making that switch. One of the deciding factors was the ability to safely ride with my son, who is over 40 pounds. We have been extremely happy with that decision. My son loves riding with us, and our experience with those bikes has been significantly better in every respect.
This email is not simply about the price of a replacement part. It is about the overall customer experience and how a company responds when a customer raises a legitimate safety concern. Unfortunately, the combination of product issues, customer service challenges, and the handling of this situation resulted in us losing confidence in Jasion and choosing a competitor instead.
I hope this feedback is shared with your leadership team, as it reflects the reason you lost not just a sale, but a customer.

Custom Support Nightmare
A brand-new e-bike failed after 15 days, and Jasion’s support has been an absolute nightmare
We purchased a Jasion e-bike through Amazon for my 14-year-old son. This was not a casual purchase — it was the largest purchase he had ever made and represented all the money he had saved over the winter. The bike was delivered in May, and within about 15 days it began displaying error codes 7e and 10e and stopped functioning properly.
From there, the experience with Jasion customer service became one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I have ever had.
After contacting support, I was sent a long troubleshooting checklist involving brake signal cables, controller connections, wiring, sensors, and component isolation testing. I followed the instructions, twice, despite not being a mechanic or electrical engineer. I sent photos and videos as requested. The errors remained. The bike still did not work.
Then the real problem began: Jasion simply failed to respond in any reasonable time frame. I followed up repeatedly. I called multiple times. I was told the issue would be escalated. Instead, hours turned into days. At one point, more than 20 hours passed after multiple calls and assurances of escalation. Later, another 22 hours passed without a response. Then three additional days passed with no resolution, no shipped parts, and no refund.
Eventually, Jasion acknowledged that the bike needed a complete replacement rear wheel, including the motor, and a new controller. In other words, this was not a minor issue — critical components on a nearly new bike had failed. Their proposed solution was to wait 15–20 business days for parts because the compatible motor wheel was out of stock in the U.S. warehouse, along with a $150 refund. Later, after even more delay, they increased the offer to $250 and said the rear wheel might be ready to ship after approximately 7 business days.
That is unacceptable. A child’s brand-new e-bike failed after roughly two weeks, and the company’s solution was to make us wait weeks for parts, after already making us chase them for days just to get a response.
We then requested a return label through Amazon, and Jasion sent a label that required postage due. I should not have to pay to ship back a defective bike that failed almost immediately. By that point, we had requested parts and a partial refund, a full refund, and a prepaid return label. After nine days, Jasion had provided none of those resolutions.
This company’s customer service has been slow, evasive, and deeply frustrating. The product failed almost immediately, the support process required excessive DIY troubleshooting, and the company repeatedly failed to provide a timely or complete resolution.
I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Jasion. If the bike works, maybe you get lucky. But if something goes wrong, based on my experience, you may be left with a broken bike, endless troubleshooting, delayed responses, out-of-stock replacement parts, and no meaningful support when you need it most.
I cannot recommend this company or this product.

The thunder jasion bike
The is 30 days old brake line blows out contact customer support. Because the bike was a gift to me the warranty will not cover the parts. Plus if you decide you don't like the bike it can only have 10 miles on it. So if you buy one look at in the box really long and hard before you start riding it because getting help is just a pain.

YR20
I purchased the YR20 in August of 2025 and the bike has been amazing. Great wide tires for riding in sand and dirt trails and on bike paths. Easily fits 2 people and has plenty of power. I'm going to order another one for my family.
50-50 chance you get a defective bike
I’ve held off on writing this review for nearly a month as we’ve been dealing with this company.
We sold our old e-bikes and ordered two matching Jaison e-bikes about a month before our 5 month cross country road trip. One bike arrived and it worked fine. The other bike was a lemon and had throttle delays, sometimes the throttle wouldn’t even spin the motor while lifting the back wheel off the ground. When putting the wheel down on the ground, the motor couldn’t even move the bike under its own power.
For over three weeks, we worked with them. They consulted for days with their technical team who assured me it was the motor. They sent a replacement wheel and motor (with no tools or instructions). Swapping the motor, the issue was just as bad if not worse.
I contacted them right away and requested a return label and refund. They passed me around between different support agents- first Harriet was assigned, then it was someone named Hattie, then it was someone named Chao, now it’s someone named Ashley.
Each time they changed the support agents on my case, they didn’t tell me and much of the time, I received no communications or responses. I only learned of these changed because I called nearly every day/ every other day.
Finally, at 4am on Friday morning (I move on Sunday) I get a response saying their system to generate return labels is down until Monday.
This is starting to feel like they are dragging out the clock to make it as difficult to return as possible. I ordered through Amazon yet I have to deal directly with Jaison to get anything done.
Our experience has traumatized us from buying large items like this online. Please read the other reviews on Trust pilot before making your decision. It seems to be quite common that defective bikes are delivered and the customers then have to deal with it themselves (some apparently as long as 7 months of back and fourth without a working bike).
The bike took nearly an hour to assemble and nearly 2 hours to disassemble and repackage. While the bikes may look very nice, you are taking a big risk from purchasing through them. I believe that they are just building and packaging the bikes without testing them so the likelihood that your bike will be defective seems to be 50-50. In the case of our bikes: one worked out of the box, one was a complete dud.
I honestly would have been much less frustrated had it not taken 8 days to get a return shipping label (supposedly it’s going to be available on Monday which marks 8 days from when I requested).

Incompatible parts sent but Jasion finally resolved the issue
A customer purchased a new display and controller directly from Jasion. This components didn't work so the customer brought them bike to my shop where I troubleshot extensively to determine that what was sent was either defective and/or incompatible (despite the customer sending Jasion photos of serial numbers etc prior to ordering). Jasion support was not helpful and I felt was giving us the run-around. After reaching out to another Jasion support channel, I finally received decent support even getting a replacement display, harness, and controller. Finally, the issue was resolved, and it appears the first display that the customer received upon purchase was the wrong model.
I updated my review voluntarily. Jasion did not request I modify my initially negative review in exchange for product or services - which itself is worthy of a star despite all the initially difficulty.

Are they even real?
Ordered 2 of the Jasion Patrol from Walmart. They arrived with no batteries. We were never given any information saying batteries would be separate or get any other tracking info. Reaching out to Walmart was useless, reaching out to Heybike (Sellers on Walmart Marketplace) was useless, and reaching out to Jasion directly was also useless. Here I am almost a week later with no idea if batteries are even coming. Customer Support is absolutely horrendous! Stay away from anything Jasion unless you really like to gamble.

I love my new Jasion X-Hunter
I love my new Jasion X-Hunter! It’s super powerful and makes riding my new e-bike a real joy. The folding design makes it easy to place in the back of my SUV.

Second year with my bike and again…
Second year with my bike and again starting the year off for year 2 with bike not working after being stored inside for the winter months.. not happy… it’s probably the battery again and to go threw the videos and stuff so your company can see is not fun to do and way to much time to do it.. need a easier way to do things to show that it is bad.. I guess have to buy a new battery and hope it works and if not we will not be telling people about your items and how we like them..

Hunter Pro totally un-usable.
Hunter Pro.
I think I got a formerly customer-rejected or exchanged bike. The monitor was cracked on the inside of the glass and when I peeled the protective film off the screen, the screen was scratched on the outside of the glass. The front brake caliper didn't fit on the fork and the unit showed signs of someone trying to fit it before me...paint scratched. Two of the mounting bolds were partially stripped. The seat clamp looked used too...scratched paint... and it would not hold the seat tube tight. All Jasion will do for me is order parts which I will have to install myself. If that wasn't enough, the parts are not available and they had to be ordered and I'd get them in four to six weeks! I know nothing about the brake system or the electrical system so I don't know what I'm going to do when and if the parts do arrive. All in all a very bad experience. Sincerely, Nigel Kent.
PS please don't send your canned bot answer. All the answers to complaints are identical. Do better!

This is my honest review of Jaison…
This is my honest review of Jaison e-bikes. I have purchased 3 of them. So my wife and I purchased the EB7 2 white ones. Mine was stolen right off of our bike rack. Hers she rode for less than a year and it quit working. It was just over a year. Guess what jaison said they couldn’t do anything. I kept trying to work with them and they warrantied the motor I had to pay for shipping ok fair enough they are taking care of their customer. I bought there hunter x. May of 2025 I have 1061 miles on this bike. The battery is malfunctioning. After going back and forth I was told by the phone customer support no worries your batter will be replaced under warranty after she put me on hold to research everything. Then I get an email stating it isn’t under warranty but they are willing to give me a 60.00 dollar discount from a 599.00 dollar battery. The bike was 1400.00. I keep this bike in the garage which is insulated ride it only on Pavement and of coarse it still looks brand new with only 1k miles on it. I have friends who have lectric hey bike and perraro. All of these have over 3 k miles within 2 years and have no issues. Why does jaison have so many issues with there’s I do not think jaison takes care of there customers any longer and I wouldn’t buy another jaison bike if you paid me to. Buyer be ware it will only last a year if your lucky. 2 bikes both have issues. I feel bad I recommended this company to my friends and Neigbors. Luckily my Neigbors don’t ride there’s otherwise they would have issues as well.

We purchased to X-Hunter Pro e-bikes
We purchased two X-Hunter Pro e-bikes. One for my wife and myself. So far, they've worked extremely well. They are well built and comfortable. Plenty of power and will go up to 30 mph. We normally don't exceed 20 mph. For $1000 per bike, they were a great deal. They are heavy, but well built. The battery pack is well protected. As will all e-bikes, take care of the battery and it will run for a long time. Please learn how to break in the bike so the brakes don't squeal. Learn basic bike maintenance because they need TLC like all heavy duty bikes.
Horrible customer support.
Horrible customer support.. I should have known better to trust this Ebike online store (who hammer you with sales advertizements).. They do not respond to emails.. The telephone service pool they outsource was not helpful. I have a warranty that is useless. Buyer beware. This company will not step up and help you. I have no power to my EB7 and I tried all of the troubleshooting and nothing is working. This is what you get from an online store that don’t care about making customers happy.
