I bought a floral dress and it arrived in perfect timing. The price was good, the dress is beautiful and looked same as the picture, the size was according to the reference measures.

I bought a dress for my wedding day. The dress was great, good material, better than on the photo. But the wearher changed and I tought it will be to worm to wear it so I decided to bring it back. Customer service was very helpful, honest and I was very satisfied with communication and we resolved my problem very quickly.

I ordered a couple of dresses and so happy with my purchases. They fit great and communication with the brand was perfect.

Have ordered a few items from here all great quality and great fit. Unfortunately the last dress I ordered wasn't so great. Within a few hours of me writing to their customer service a guy named Tom replied with the solution of a replacement item to the same value and 10% Off my next order. I have NEVER received such amazing customer service from a company. Will continue order from this amazing company..even the dress I complained about was fabulous just a bad fit but the material and quality were amazing.

I shopped from Turkey. I am very pleased with the purchase. Whenever I had a question, I received an immediate response via e-mail. The shipment arrived on time and there were no problems. I think the only problem is the packaging. There was a tear in my shipment, but it did not damage the dress. I think better packaging for cargo is needed. That's why I give it four stars.

Very quick and prompt reply on the orders. I had to return a dress because I ordered the wrong size and they immediately solved the issue.

It is an overall bad experience. I bought a dress that from the pictures shoud be a mesh fabric with elasticity and should have good seam finishing and it was not what I received. The fabric was a poor quality satin, almost like lining fabric. And the finish hem was just overlock. Not to mention thant I bought a dress full lenght and the dress I got did not cover my ankles!!! And I am 1.63cm (5.3ft) tall........
The package was also terrible... I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS SITE

This is a Scam. The dress I received was nothing like what they showed on the website. Very disappointing

Nice dresses and very nice customer service

I ordered a dress from them for a wedding. First, I asked if they can expedite my order for it to be here before the expected date. They replied fast and true enough, it came earlier than expected. Upon trying it on, I noticed that the dress is quite small for my size. I emailed the customer service team to ask for a return and they offered me a 40% refund on the dress instead and I also get to keep it. It’s actually a good deal for me and I got my partial refund swiftly as well. They have the best customer service! :)

Update, after i write here they write back to me offering another dress and they sent it to me. Again the size is weird but the quality and colors are super. I hope you guys take care of customers before they write bad reviews about you here. I will edit the stars from one to three because of the quality actually. My review was: 👇🏽
I ordered a dress, before it arrived the customer service were super fast replying my emails and my questions, the dress was very nice but didn’t fit me, so i asked them for return label. They suggested to take another dress and keep the old one coz it will very expensive to return it. So i did and i sent to them what dress i want, then guess what? They vanished.
They didn’t reply my emails. I sent on the email they always mention.
The order number is: JV201841.
So i don’t recommend this website coz they don’t respect their customers.
Unfortunately i read the reviews here after i bought the dress.

I Have not had good experience shopping at this site. I bought 3 dresses worth £90 in which only one dress was correct. They other 2 dresses I was sent was incorrect. The incorrect item they sent is no use to me. I asked for refund but they did not refund me saying the replacement dress is sent already. It’s been a month and I have not received my refund or replacement dresses. Not reliable!!!

AWFUL COMPANY. I HAVE ORDERED TWICE FROM THEM, THE FIRST TIME THE DRESS WAS TOO BIG AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT THEY OFFERED TO SEND ME ANOTHER DRESS INSTEAD.

SECOND TIME I ORDERED 7 ITEMS. 4 OF THE ITEMS WERE OF LOW QUALITY AND I ASKED FOR A RETURN LABEL 5 TIMES, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO REPLY. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

I bought a dress from them a few weeks ago. The dress didn't fit, and when I asked for a return label, they tried to convince me that I should exchange it for a different size or a different dress. After saying no thank you and asking 5 more times, they finally told me they attached the return label to our e-mail thread. They did not attach the label…i emailed to ask them to please send the return label two more times, and I haven't heard from them. Total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought a dress but its too big for me, when i asked for exchange to another size, they immediately said they will send me a different size with out asking why, i was surprise that the dress come very quickly. I loved the dress, the material is great, great style and great price . Customer is awesome, i would order from this site again.

I want to return the items, but there is no adress for the returns on their webpage. Also nobody replies on my messages on instagram or email

I love the dress. It is wonderful, the fabric is really good quality! looks exactly like in the website. The costumer service helped me a lot to get the perfect dress <3
