Bought multiple items for a rebuild project whilst they were running a 5% cashback offer.
We spent a lot of money with this company over multiple orders. Completed all the steps we were given to claim the 5%, sharing on social media and completing product reviews however we were never given the 5% offer. Have called, emailed, sent messages through WhatsApp, messaged through social media but never received any response. Happy to respond to enquiries about new purchases but always ignore any enquiries about the money they owe.

Needed some shin etsu grease for some rubber seals and this company was the cheapest by far and wasn’t in Japan got the order rather swiftly and I’m very happy with the service

I've had quite a few parts from here over the last couple of years. Always delivered on time with tracking numbers and you can choose your preferred courier which is good as I prefer DPD to APC.

The quality of parts is either genuine Honda or OEM equivalent depending on what you pick. I've had everything from drop links to head gaskets and they've always been top notch. Much better to deal with than other Japanese car part specialists.

Courier failed to deliver 3 times (various excuses), although not their fault, they were hardly apologetic, wouldn't send out a replacement as they said they wouldn't trust me to send the other back! Zero offer in the way of compensation, didn't even offer to refund the postage costs
