Very fast delivery
Very fast delivery. The items that came were all genuine, and they were wrapped carefully. Japanese eyeshadows can be very soft, and sometimes, if you buy them online, they might come shattered, but that didn't happen with Japan With Love.

Takes time to despatch
It took a week for them to despatch my order. When I received the delivery notification, I expected my order to be sent on the same day, but it was not the case. It took three days for them to actually despatch my order. Found it's quite slow service, except for responding to our messages.

Great company. Excellent communication on order status & explanation of current tariff situation. Quick shipment. This is my 2nd order with them and I will order again in the future. It's wonderful to be able to order a product (Ohta Isan) that I discovered on a trip to Japan.
