Excellent service, trustworthy, items arrived with excellent packaging!

I used Japan Rabbit to purchase a diary that I couldn't buy outside of Japan. Their interface was easy to use, the additional charges were explained and there were numerous postage options. I am very happy with the service.

Very easy seamless process. The whole process took less than a week.

Been using this for a few years no issues whatsoever, fast and varied options and simple to choose for anything japan centralized.

We love Japan Rabbit! Everything is smooth from start to finish. Super fast shipping--we tend to have our items in the States 2-3 days after departure from Japan. Everything is packed well and items have arrived in perfect condition. We've used Japan Rabbit several times, and will continue to do so!

I have used JapanRabbit for over 6 years (back then it used to be called White Rabbit) and have always had positive experiences!

Main Review:
The selection of websites you can order from is large. My orders have always been accurate: they have *never* ordered the wrong item, quantity, or missed purchasing an item before it was sold out. My experience with the help center has been pleasant (it might just take a few days for a response but they do get back to you.) Nothing has ever arrived damaged (though keep in mind I always opt for "extra padding" for $3.00.) [For reference, the items I have bought from Japan Rabbit are Vocaloid CD's and acrylic stands.] Finally, I have done a pre-order with Japan Rabbit, so don't feel stressed if your item is a pre-order, the process is the same, it just takes longer for the item to come in (like any pre-order.)

Usage Summary:
The UI feels nice to look at and guides you through the purchase step-to-step. For first time users of a proxy service, there are certainly elements that take getting used to. For example, you provide the link of your product, wait for their team members to purchase it, and then payment is charged to your card. Moreover, you pay for shipping at a later time: once the product arrives at their Japan warehouse, they let you know it is ready to be packaged. You can then request for them to pack it with any desired extras (extra padding, fragile tape, etc.) Once it's packaged, you can finally go through the shipping check-out and fees.

Feature Request:
All proxy services are certainly an added expense, and so I only use the site on special occasions. I wish Japan Rabbit will implement some kind of rewards system for repeat customers. For example, after X number of orders, I can get an extra (fragile tape, extra padding) for free. I feel this will show more appreciation to long-time users, and give a further incentive to continue using the site.

Conclusion:
All in all, I truly appreciate Japan Rabbit and enjoy using it. The site has given me the opportunity to own many objects that are precious to me (*ahem* rare Evillious Chronicles merch*) and so I have been a long-time fan!

After placing my order, Japan Rabbit were extremely responsive and helpful, following up to confirm a few details and to ensure that my order was exactly what I intended.

As the order progressed, I was contacted with updates and clear instructions on what was required next. This was a very easy process to navigate, and I appreciated how simple this was to manage all the way through to shipping.

On arrival, the items were in perfect condition, thanks to the careful and thoughtful way they had been packed. Again, this was exactly in line with what I had requested.

I will definitely contact Japan Rabbit for any future needs, and would absolutely recommend their great service to others.
