Great quality, loved the bracelet and they made process to exchange for different size so easy.

Ordered a leather bracelet for my husband. Unfortunately it was delayed due to Father’s Day demand which is very understandable. It was restocked and shipped quickly. The box it arrived in is beautiful and he loves it for storage of his other bracelets. It’s high quality and very attractive on his dresser. The bracelet itself is extremely well made and the clasp is very sturdy and well integrated into the leather .
I did email with concerns about lack of shipping updates and response was swift. It was shipped via USPS and the lack of communication is due to there system . I’ve experienced this before so understand and it was well explained in the email I received.
I feel the bracelet was appropriately priced as the craftsmanship is excellent on this piece. We had recently seen one in a store for $20 less and we were so glad we didn’t buy it because the quality from this company is far superior.

The bracelet is great and arrived without any issues. I recommend it.

Bought the Kyoto bracelet as a Father’s Day present for my husband. He isn’t a big jewelry fan but had expressed an interest in a leather style bracelet. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. The bracelet arrived earlier than expected and is even nicer in person. He loves it! The quality is good and the design is beautiful but i do recommend that you review online how to open it. He was initially frustrated trying to pull it open. Thankfully i stepped in before he broke it. Haha

We absolutely love my husbands ring. It is good quality brushed metal with a wood grain on the interior which he loves since he’s a carpenter. Also the price tag is unmatched, we were quoted $1500-2000 for a similar band at a jeweller. Shipping was fast, the box it was in was stylish, Overall highly recommend.

Customer service was great. My original choice was unavailable and I was given the option of choosing a replacement which arrived very quickly.

Misleading photo, advertising. Bracelet way too small, almost microscopic. Makes one wonder about the authenticity of materials. Would never have bought it in a store.

Incredible craftsmanship. Understated elegance. The ring for my husband exceeded my expectations. My husband said it felt smooth and comfortable on. Perfect balance. Perfect finish. Modern and stylish. Wooden box for the ring adds a beautiful artisanal touch. Complimentary bracelet was also a nice surprise. 10 stars !!

Firstly the product is great. Received the ring and bracelet gift as ordered. Having worn the ring for a month or so now it’s very comfortable and fits well. There was some difficulty with the shipping but this was quickly reorganised with a few emails. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

First order was wrong size (my fault). They were easy to work with on exchange. My new bracelet fits perfect and really looks good. Excellent craftsmanship and quality. I highly recommend their products.
