While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Really great and fast service!
I always use Japan Code Supply to buy credit for iTunes Japan. :)

Some difficulty first time buying since the timezones are opposite. Be prepared for verification if using Paypal.

Bought a $50 JP iTunes from them, and upon trying the code it said it was already claimed. Emailed them and was told their codes are “always perfect :)!” Which was a fat lie considering I’d the same issue last year. But unlike last year, I didn’t get a replacement code. So there’s $50 down the drain.
The customer service was godawful, the person who I unfortunately had to deal with was completely unhelpful and kept insisting the codes are always functioning and perfect (unlike her terrible service). Then she started ignoring my emails, and when another JapanCodeSupply worker responded she ended up ignoring my emails, too. Very professional, guys, keep up the good work! A massive waste of my time. And with their no refund policy, I just lost $50. It’s a shame because I used to use JapanCodeSupply all the time, but after this experience that’s never happening again.

Been using this website for a while now, although the verification process was quite long, everything else is good. They give you an option of showing your ID or your documents such as water bills, their facebook are responsive so if you ever have any problems you can message them there.
The code arrives relatively fast enough, once you've verified you don't have to verify again. Thank you for your great services, keep up the good work!

Buyer Beware, this company is complete crap.
If you are lucky and have no issues with purchasing a card, then nothing bad happens.
But if you are like me and get an obvious error with a code that arises from their company's bad software, you get to experience the combination of one of the worst customer service experiences (and I have had to call Comcast about complete BS multiple times before) and demonstrations of incompetency from their entire company that I have ever experienced.
I attempted to purchase a DMM points card (5000 points) on March 31st (April 1st in JP). And due to a technical glitch on their side, I am now being forced to endure the ride that is their horrible software fix pipeline.
First, if you live in a different time zone from their company, tough luck, because they are based solely in Japan, so any contact that you want to have with them can only be done in a specific time period.
Second, if you do contact them and your issue is a technical issue on their end, they will endlessly stonewall you with generic emails that contain combinations of the following generalized statements:
A) We are working on your issue ASAP
B) Our IT department is working on it
C) Wait a "moment" please!
D) Let me try to guilt trip you into not responding by reminding you that they have a small team *
E) A code will be resent ASAP (rather than, I don't know, just sending me a new code for your company's mistake?)
F) THE MOST ENRAGING EMAIL FOOTER I HAVE EVER SEEN ("Thanks for your patience :)")
* According to Crunchbase, they have about 1-10 employees at their company. However, according to Comparably, their software engineering department makes about $100 K a year, which is the average salary for software engineers in the US (I know they are technically a Japanese company, still). Apparently whomever is in software engineering is being paid way too much, considering how long it appears to be taking them to trace transaction history to attempt to find a 10 digit code that I now frankly believe does not exist.
Oh yeah, and even though they have a technical error, they are not above not pausing my PayPal transaction and instead took my money. For a card that I never got. So basically, I got a $50 dollar ERROR MESSAGE in my email.
Anyways, it has been 3 full business days, and the event that I purchased the cards for is about to be over. If it does end before they finally get off their butts and give me some kind of compensation for my time, I will do whatever it is in my power to get my money back. And I will never use their service ever again.
Fast and quick dispatch services upon confirmation
