Unfortunately I have been scammed by a company called ‘Tash and Jane’ who eventually delivered my trainers today which I wish they hadn’t bothered to do: the quality is diabolical and looks nothing like the picture. Now the link for the website doesn’t exist so have no way of getting a refund. That said, Jane and Tash were really helpful and responded promptly to my request for help contacting the scam company. I wish I could afford to order from them!

So many similar scam companies out there however have found this is a legitimate company..

I recently purchased my 4th Jane and Tash jacket and I couldn’t be happier. The quality and the fit is always amazing and I always get compliments whenever I wear them. Great customer service as well - can’t wait for the summer collection. Would highly recommend.

The stitching is a bit raw cut and this is something that really matters to me, so I won't be keeping. The style of the jacket overall is lovely and would think this looked fabulous on someone else.

If you're ordering from the US, the return shipping will be a bit more, which is expected. However, thankfully, their customer service team responded promptly and swiftly for the return, and let me know the price of the return & arranged everything with DHL. They are a trustworthy company.

I needed to leave a review. I wanted a leather jacket for so long but I hesitated due to the price. I got myself the burgundy one during black friday and I have to admit that this jacket is something else! From the design to the soft leather is 100% a masterpiece

I bought a dress from this website and after one wear it was bobbly and the material ruined. I sent an email and the reply I got said that it was due to me wearing jewellery, even though I didn't wear any the ONE time that I wore it... I sent proof in a photo of the day I wore it as it was my birthday dress. Six months ago and to this day, they've still not replied. Terrible quality for something of this price.

Oh my gosh!!!! I don’t normally write reviews but I adore my recently purchased leather jacket so much I felt I needed to share! The design is flatting for all body type and the leather is very soft, genuine and ethically sourced. I have just ordered another colour as the jacket is so versatile it has fast become my wardrobe staple. I can’t wait to see what the brand releases for spring summer!! Bravooooo

As a client of Jane and Tash from the beginning, I've enjoyed watching them grow and succeed. Their efforts are well deserved. I pretty much have one of everything because the quality is so good, to source artisanal and ethical fabrics, they go to great lengths. My leather jacket has become my new favourite. It is amazing leather, and I am always asked where I got it from. Can't wait to see what they release this summer.

I have been looking at the oversized leather jacket for a while now and finally made the decision to buy it. I was hesitant since I am not familiar with the brand so I waited, but couldn't stop thinking of the jacket. I am so, so happy I finally ordered it. Shipping was less than 48 hours and the jacket is the most beautiful, smooth leather I have seen (and I have had many, many leather jacket in my life). Go for it, you won't regret it. Pricey but worth it!! I am super happy and will be a returning customer.

I love this brand. I have many pieces from here - leather jackets, clothing and accessories. All are high quality and I get lots of compliments on them.

I bought the oversized leather jacket which is advertised absolutely everywhere as *leather* and have had it for a year and a half.

I noticed some discolouration as I took it out of the closet a few weeks ago with the autumn season starting. So I went and took it to a leather expert and fashion designer with over 40 years of experience, to fix the discolouration and was informed that my Jand&Tash ‘leather’ jacket is NOT REAL LEATHER.

Imagine my disappointment where for a leather price point and a rather nice cut and a great colour jacket, you find out it is completely fake.

Someone needs to do further investigating into any other claims Jane and Tash have as this is just unacceptable.

I have never before experienced such false advertising to this extend.

If you want a fake leather jacket and you are aware of that, go ahead and buy it. But Jane&Tash, you must change the information you share and STOP THE FALSE ADVERTISING as well as inform every past customer who bought your fake products and inform them of it. As well as allow every single one of those either a courtesy of a return and full refound or the adjustment of the price to reflect FAUX LEATHER INSTEAD OF REAL LEATHER and provide those customers with adjusted price refunds. As this is simply DISRESPECTFUL to each customer who trusted you and your products.

Jane & Tash has the best quality outerwear out there and as someone who has a piece from every collection, my jackets have lasted for years now and I am always excited to add to my collection! Their summer pieces are next on my list!

The customer service is absolutely brilliant and the staff are always on hand to help. There’s no other brand out there that will take the time to call you personally to discuss sizing options and accommodate Bespoke requests! I can’t recommend this brand enough!

The brand’s sustainable Made to Order policy means that each jacket is personally made for each customer without wasting materials which is something that certainly appeals to me.

It’s a shame to see a negative review from a customer who clearly doesn’t read the brand’s terms and conditions which are extremely clear. It’s disappointing to see people slam small businesses who are just trying to follow protocol against fraud. Small businesses suffer greatly from
fraudulent activity and it’s up to the customer to ensure their information is correct rather than trying to tarnish an excellent brand’s reputation!

It certainly won’t stop me from buying again and again!

Over the years, I’ve bought several jackets and coats from Jane & Tash. The quality and evolving style of the goods has kept me coming back season after season and for leather luxury, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. In addition, the bespoke customer service is always impeccable and attentive. No challenge or request is too great.
