I ordered and paid for a hat (order number 3604) in January 2022. For a year they kept telling me it had not arrived whenever I contacted them. After nearly two years I requested a refund and since then they have failed to reply to any of my communications. You can make up your own mind about whether it's safe to puchase from them online. I never will again, obviously.
Something is wrong with J and P Hats based on these reviews. I ordered a hat, paid for it, got an email confirmation and then nothing happened. I left messages, used the on-line chat. Eventually I claimed my money back via my credit card. I would not recommend using this service unfortunately.
I, too, ordered a hat. I paid on 3 April, and received an apology about it not being in stock. It's been several weeks now and there is no reply.
